It doesn't even deserve 1 star! They insist that they have deliverd but nothing has arrived and the post office know nothing about it. Total SCAM. Do notever order from this company.

Ordered the Ultimate Paint Restorer and received a Car Scratch Repair Wax. Not only was it the wrong product, wrong size bottle, wrong color liquid, it was absolute crap. Nothing like what their videos showed and actually made the paint worse. They even lied that they sent the wrong product even with photographic evidence. They refused a full refund unless I posted it back at my own expense. Keep well clear of this scam company. They don't even deserve 1 star, they are complete scum.

I received the incorrect product. The total was $31.28 . They offered me a $3 refund. They said to get a full refund it is my responsibility to ship the wrong product back to China. Do NOT give this company your money. It's a bait and switch scam.

Tracking said my paint restorer was slowly making it's way across the USA after a couple of weeks it was recorded as arriving at US Customs, about then a small package from China arrived addressed to me but as my son has the same name I assumed it was his. Over the next four week a watched it slowly clear customs here and the pass through the town I live in and end up in a remote town hundreds of miles away. I emailed them only to find the parcel that had arrived was the one the said had been delivered (even though there tracking still had it in transit). I opened the package and it did not contain what I had ordered, I email them and they said they would offer me a refund at about 3% of what I had paid. I said no and send the right item and a return address courier bag for the wrong item. Over the next four weeks the offer rose to about 7% refund and keep the wrong item. It is now with the credit card company who have refunded me and are chasing them.

After reading reviews concerning fake colored Hosta seeds and the possibility of a scam I issued a cancellation notice within 24 hrs. of placing the order. They refused.

I ordered the peptide foundation in fair/light but was sent a much darker shade of deep but even when showed the evidence of the incorrect product being posted they refuse to admit that they have made a mistake and are not willing to replace my false product. Not worth any time or money ordering from such a useless company.

Should have known to do my research before buying any thing from an advertisement off of Facebook marketplace. However, I didn’t and ordered the “rare“ Hosta plant seeds. The pictures of all the vibrant, colorful, rare hostas apparently DON’T EXIST IN REAL LIFE. Got the pack of seeds nearly 3 -4 months after ordering, and it looked like a condiment spice. Planted them and nothing but weird colorless weeds are growing. Buyer beware

Complete scam product. Car surface restorer is just tiny bottle of white liquid that does nothing to restore paint/cover scratches; made it worse! Took long time to ship, coming from China. When I requested a refund they said I need to send it back at my expense. This company needs shut down.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t buy from this company. My goods were not received and upon requesting follow up I was told they would need more funds to resend. When I requested a refund I was informed they would deduct an amount to cover their shipping fees for goods I never received. Beware!

I guess I'm on the wrong site for review. Although I ordered this product too for my car scratches. It did not help with the scratches, it left a white streak of paint but made it worst! So both are scams.
Since I already placed my review here, this 2nd one is for Derma Clear. Beware of Derma clear skin tag remover! The product is deceiving with shown examples of people with big warts, moles, skin tags that were just falling off easily. It gave me skin rash, itchiness, swelling. I ordered this for my Autistic son & myself, to get rid of multiple skin tags. We both tried it for almost a month but with awful results. When I emailed them to advise me where to send it back, no response till much later stating, " it's been over a month, so I can't return it for a refund". I paid $239.99 for 5 or 6 tiny bottles. I only used not even one bottle. But now I'm stuck with all of these bottles, what a waste of my retirement money! I sacrificed to buy it to get rid of our annoying skin tags but it made it worst! I might have to go to a dermatologist for treatment to heal my front neck & left face where I used this product.👎😪😡

1st order bulbs for my garden well 5minths later still don’t have and the tracking says in they are in Darwin, I’m in Vic!!
2nd order if I had realised same scam company, I ordered the car paint rejuvenation clear glass coat! What a load of crap, the packaging might be what is advertised but the actual product is a white paste that looks like tooth paste!! Absolutely liars!!!

I ordered paint restore from this company and paid the price $40 before 2 months and now they are saying that they delivered the products , but it's fake and lie , I dont advise any today to have the same example with them

I bought their 'Ultimate Paint Restore' product, which is nothing like advertised, its nothing but a little bottle with a white substance (polish?) in it.
Not clear, wipe on, wipe off like the videos.

I didnt have high expectations, but it was literally a waste of my money, since i already have regular polishing agents

3 months and no shipping updates. Yes, I was obviously ripped off. Never buy from this company.

Complete scam. Ordered three bottles of this crap. Didn't do shit!!!!! Tried to get my money back and they offered me $2.00 dollars for compensation what a F....ing joke!!! Chinese rip off artists!!!

Never received delivery due to wrong tracking number provided by them and then don’t take any responsibility for it. They are refusing to give me a refund, STAY CLEAR from them, they are SCAMMERS

One star is 1 star too many. Complete scam like many others I have ordered the car scratch remover close to 3 months ago. Twice once by accident because I accidently hit the enter button when the website didn't respond. I have reached out many times (over a dozen) and they point to tracking information that is completely inaccurate. One shows the item shipping from France and the other from the Netherlands. One trackers shows it having been delivered with two lines with later dates showing it bouncing all over the world. Into the US and back out. Needless to say neither vendor responds on the paypal side. There's a different vendor shown for each other, shocking. A complete and total ripoff.

They can improve by actually having the product that you order and that product to work when we receive it! I don't think this is too much to ask unless you are a complete SCAM!!!

I bought this car scratch removal April 1st 2025 when I purchase it it said 5 to 7 business days delivery, and I got the package April 24th after endless emails to the customer support they said my package is in Italy 😂 and when I got the product the size of the bottle was ridiculously small not worth the money, I tried the product and it didn't do nothing it just didn't do anything to the scratches, completely scam product, don't buy this product save your money and hustle.
