Distinctive Chesterfield is NOT distinctive at all
The cushions that were sent are exactly similar to earlier ones. They are not firm and not appropriately aligned. It looks like the outsourcing is not carefully selected or not quality controlled. We still think this is NOT value for money.

I chose my sofas online which was a bit scary as it's a big and expensive purchase. Several photos ecalks and leather samples sent I picked my sofas, arranged finance and they came a week later. Brilliant delivery service too. Couldn't be happier

I ordered two 2 seater wandsworth chesterfield sofas in dune grey and what can I say, they are absolutely stunning.

Don't expect too much of an in stock item
Purchased an in stock item , leather chesterfield 2 seater in Amalfi tan . Item advertised as new but display item which could not be returned. , I thought as it was new there shouldn't be a problem. Delivery was within time and I was updated from start to finish but when the sofa arrived I was very disappointed,
There were a number of flaws in the sofa. It was not a display item but a substandard item which could not be sold for full price and now couldn't be returned.
Be very careful when choosing an in-stock item you may well be disappointed.

Thank you for sending over the images of concern regarding your Chesterfield sofa.
The type of leather that you have purchased is a natural full aniline leather. One of this leathers characteristics is that there are natural scars and variations within this type of leather. Most of the images that you have sent over show these “natural variations” clearly.
As you can see on your invoice, there is a note on there that highlights that some slight signs of wear are also to be expected with our sales items.
Please note, the cushions look to be in need of maintenance and plumping.
I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with the level of quality that we have provided you with.As you have purchased a sales item and were made aware that the item might not be perfect, there is unfortunately nothing I can do.
