I bought a Faraday bag from a reseller but tagged as Disklabs. It works. I put my phone in it (switched on) and I can’t ring it from another phone. There are a lot of fake ones. This works and I can fit my iPhone 11 with battery case in it.

All of their products do not work. Absolutely scandal company that lies about every aspect of products
Avoid at all costs

Rang for a quote on a damaged disk. They might have certification for excellence in data recovery but customer service was rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Good news travels fast but bad news travels faster. I’ll be sure to tell all of my business contacts. Thanks for nothing.

Disklabs were able to provide a rapid speed recovery process for a very mission critical and senstive hard drive. I was fully informed of the progress and the service was fantastic. Highly recommended and will use them again if I need recovery services.

Excellent service. We had a dead SCSI drive which none of our systems would even see present.
Disk Labs not only recovered all the data in its original format, they did so quickly & at a very competitive price.

Good, informative service. Could maybe do with more regular updates as the hard drive in question took a couple of weeks to recover. All data was recovered though and for a reasonable price I can't complain.

Data recovered was minimal. Of around 1Tb of information only about 3.5Gb was recovered.
Pricing structure is good (i.e. one price for everything) but I was mislead at the beginning. Before I committed to the recovery I was assured that all I would pay was £399 and then delivery, at about £12. I triple checked this price before finally committing. When the bill came, the amount I thought I would be paying was minus the VAT, making the final price considerably more expensive. This was not made clear in the initial stages and would have been an important factor in my decision process, considering I am a private customer and can not reclaim the VAT back like a business can!!
Having said this, the service was swift and professionally done allowing me to return the hard drive under warranty.

I am so happy with Disklabs! They restored all my Data! I could not put a value on their service. Everything they promised was done in a professional and timely fashion. I hope I never find myself in a position needing data recovery again...but if I did I would call Disklabs without hesitation.

Disklabs are great, they restored our hard drive full of music which was recorded by a friend who had died suddenly. We thought we had lost his music forever, but they restored all of it onto an external drive.
Disklabs are very reliable and friendly, the process was super easy and they explained everything every step of the way. If you use any other company, you are stupid and you smell and I will find you and give you a right telling off.
