Shame I can't rate them 0 stars. Ordered watch, fine. Delivery time? fine. Watch quality? I wouldn't know. The watch arrived but didn't work, and by didn't work I mean completely dead (it was a digital). After 4 emails with 0 replies I gave up trying. Absolutely disgusting. AVOID!!

Despite me previously inquiring if there was a 'Swiss Made text on the dial and as per website pictures I was sent a watch without 'Swiss Made' text on a dial. Typical 'mouse and cat' game where 1 out of 10 customers won't sent the item back and here we got 10% increase in sales. Misleading advertisement and 'misinformed' customer service to say at least. Avoid at all cost.

This despicable enterprise should be shuttered!!! Nothing but lies and deceit from the minute you place your order to the minute you realize you cannot get a refund, that you have in fact been HAD!!!!!!

I would rank them lower and this is a criminal enterprise who steals and cheats.

I ordered a G-Shock watch from DiscountShop through Walmart’s website. The estimated arrival date came and went and my watch still hadn’t shown up. I contacted my post office and they said the watch had been delivered. I then contacted my apartment office and they said there was absolutely no record of my watch being delivered. I proceeded to contact DiscountShop about the situation, and they told me there was nothing they could do. They refused to give me a refund or replacement. This happened back in June - I still don’t have the watch. That’s $107.80 I’ll never see again. Be careful with this company.

I received an email from discount watch store advertising a price for a watch I wanted. When I clicked on the link I was sent to their website. Once there the price was close to $150.00 more then the email stated. I reached out to the company and was first told they would fix it and get back to me with a way to order it at the advertised price. I was then contacted by the company and told me the watch was not available. I explained that the watch was available at many other retailers. Discount watch store refused to honor their advertised price and offered me no other option.

Fake system, bad customer service, manipulate the prices, their answer check terms and conditions!!

It is black Friday, they sent me coupon and offer for 97% off. I went to their website. I found a couple of nice prices watches for me and my wife. I was lucky enough to capture screenshot to share with my wife.

After I added the watches to the bag, I noticed the price much higher that I expected. I'm not person to review the order and their system doesn't do that. I smelled something fishy here, so I reviewed the order and I found almost duplicate the price of one of the watches.

I contacted them and hope they understand what is the situation and explain to me, but they said it a system glitch and the high is the right one. I'm working on this industry and I know when a mistake happened as a company like to have food business practices in the field. They have to honor the prices they offered to attract the client with. Their basic answer, it a system glitch and we are sorry we will not be able to honor the price published and you can reach the terms and conditions!!

Good quality watch although annoyed about a slight box issue - resolved quick enough

Watch delivered and didn't work correctly so I could properly set correct time.
They said it was working properly and if returned I would have to pay shipping. Further discussion made clear they would find a way not to refund my money.
I am out the purchase price and having a watch maker give me an estimate to repair.
