Company reputation is best defined by how they respond to when things went wrong. First instance, I had was not the best but understandable: the wrong label was applied to the wrong box resulting in the wrong shipment coming to me and mine going to someone else. It took nearly a week to resolve. Not exceptional.

What was exceptional was my most recent experience: I ordered product to my old address (my mistake). I wrote it off and took it on the chin. A couple weeks later, I got a call from a rep called Simon, who was exceptionally understanding of the situation and had informed me my order had been recovered. Subsequently, returned it to me the next day along with other goodies in a Christmas spirit.

An Exceptional and quality experience; special shout out to Simon.

They want 28 euro for 500g Olimp creatine explode blend when all the other sites are selling it for 17 or 18 euro. What on the Earth?

Used to have great price on every brand but now there are at least 2 websites where you can buy all of the supplement they sell cheaper , i was looking to buy a product called FREAK SHOW which was the only product they had a better price on (31.99) but for no reason they increased the price to 37 euro....come on guys , im pretty sure this wont sell and its gonna sit on your shelf for year , good luck with the new prices

I made an order from Discount Supplements. The parcel was delivered on 03/08/2017. I was not home at a time but I did not make any specific instructions to suggest they can leave my parcel with neighbors if I am not home, as I moved into my current place a couple of months ago only hence do not know any of the neighbors. However, Yodel, their courier, left the parcel with a neighbor. I have tried multiple times on 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th but the neighbor was nowhere to be found.

So I got tired of chasing it and simply wrote to Discount Supplements, asking them for a refund since I simply never got the parcel and obviously do not have time to chase up the parcel forever. However, I get a response from customer service saying " We cannot refund you because the parcel has been signed for!!! " and then they provided me the name and details of the neighbor, asking me to confirm it?! as If I know the neighbor ?! They said the only way they refund is if I send them the parcel back !

This is outrages because their courier partner simply left the parcel with a neighbor without my consent and they signed for it, not me. I am the person who paid money and made this order. So the only receipt of delivery signature that matters, is mine. Also, how can I send them the parcel back when I am simply unable to get hold of this neighbor and obtain my parcel at the first place. I cannot break into their house to find my parcel can I?

I had made a couple of orders from them before but this was the last one because the customer service did not even offer a fake and systematic "sorry for this" type of apology, or at least on behalf of their courier partner.

I ordered from Discount Supplements for the first time last Friday and I was both delighted and surprised when the order arrived on Monday morning - that's quick service!
My Monday got even better though when I opened the box and it contained a free protein bar....it's the small things that can make your day on a Monday!
