Terrible Service
This company has the worst return policy. Unlike Office Depot or Staples which cost nothing, OfficeSupply.com winds up costing more than the item is often worth. You must pay return shipping, and if you had free shipping and the return brings you below the original amount for free shipping, it can cost $45.00 in addition to the cost of mailing it back. In addition, it is nearly impossible to use their "coupons." There is nearly always a catch as to why the coupon can't be used. I've ordered a lot from them but the aggravation on several orders is not worth the savings. I will only be buying from Office Depot or Staples from now on. I do not have the patience nor the time to fool with this company.
