Their shipper bpost did not deliver the…

Their shipper bpost did not deliver the items I ordered. bpost claims that they "attempted" to deliver but I was not at home. That's a lie; the gate was open, the door was open, and I waited all morning for the urgent parcel. Bpost ordered me to pick up my parcel at a post office tomorrow, pay €50 round trip for a taxi! Chat customer service did not help. I pre-paid. DiscountOffice.be Invoice F749126.
