Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, although they are typically received within 48 hours.

Great glasses at discount prices. Easy to order, only hard part was choosing a pair of glasses so I order 2 pairs. The price I paid for both glasses together you could not buy one pair in a famous opticians shop! Was so pleased with the glasses that I told all friends and family about this website.

What a great experience
