Dirtbikebitz replied that they checked with the delivery company and they got my order. It didn't even leave UK. That was on January!!
They should have given me a refund and deal with the delivery company later.

I Highly recommend this company.
I have never ordered from Dirtbikebitz before. The price of the Endura helmet I ordered was excellent and delivered quickly. The first helmet was too large so I initiated a free return and ordered the next size down. That arrived the next day and was spot on.
Overall I am really impressed with Dirtbikebitz, the price, the order process and delivery were all very good. The returns process was free and very easy to manage.
