Wasn't sure what part I needed - the person at DWP said send a picture - I did - he got back quickly with a part # and I ordered it and got it a couple of days later .

parts were exactly what i viewed and ordered. Only thing that could be improved on, is the mode and time of delivery. Didn't know it was not going to be shipped Canada post, and not door delivery. I have a PO box, and don't go everyday to check on it.

Good web site, easy to find the correct parts. Shipping was fast. Price seemed reasonable. Quality is good, I have ordered before.

Be very careful with Direct Windows parts in Montreal. You place an order then you are ghosted.
As of Sept 17th they have now replied to me and given me a tracking #.

The company was quick to respond to my initial question about which components I needed. When ordering the parts, they arrived quickly and were easy to install for my application. I'm happy with the quality of the parts.

Description measurement was accurate. The replacement window opener fit perfectly. It seems to be better quality than the original.

Window part was what I needed and at a reasonable price. Shipping took longer than I expected and there appeared to be only one option which was Canada Post basic parcel. Would have liked a faster option by courier even at extra cost.

Reasonably quick shipment; an error in the delivery (wrong quantities v part numbers), but rapid and effective response and resolution. They have stock on parts that are generally not easy to find.

I called you twice to speak with a sales person, connected only with voice mail and left my info for a call back which never was returned.

Order processing is also slow.

Try to process a return order by calling the supplier (Fradyma International in Laval) who shipped the items for Direct window parts and was given the run around. Spoke to a customer service representative who verified my order number and email information but did not follow up and provide a shipping label for the return by email as promised. I called back to follow up on the matter but was given a different phone number to call. I called this new number but no one answered and I left a voicemail for the person(Alex) to call me back and to explain why I was returning the item. Still waiting for the callback………….
