Poor service
It's been a couple of weeks and multiple tries to get a hold of this company to have the incorrect part sent replaced. Very poor service. A message on their answering machine states that they'll response within 1 business day. 4 messages left so far in the past week. Still no response.

The parts that were sent were not at…
The parts that were sent were not at all like the ones that were on the display. Had to modify them to get them to work. I thought that they would be replacement parts and no modification needed.

Responding after paying would be nice
I ordered something and have tried to contact about a missed eta with items that say they are in stock. (Max 1 day shipping to me). Messages say they are responded to in a few hours (left 2 days ago) and called to leave message (says they will respond within a business day). Needed these by next Tuesday, so I’m out of luck ordering from a different supplier, but I’ll try.

Product was good and fit properly,but the price for shipping and a min charge for product under 50 dollars seems excessive ? I know it takes time to pick and package but 12.50 min shipping charge for 5 small plastic guides is also expensive . So $20 of product cost $50 to receive???
