Purchased an item from Wowcher for delivery next day four days later and I’m still waiting for the item. I contacted the merchant as they suggested and Found out it hadn’t even been dispatched yet. I have asked Wowcher and the merchant for a refund and both have refused stating that my item will be with me in 4 to 5 days. Terrible customer service from both the merchant and Wowcher and I will not be using again. Still fighting to try and get a refund for an item I should have received 4 days ago. Blamed it on the courier company but it hasn’t even been dispatched yet!

Ordered Hotel pillows which were just lumps of foam in really bad quality material..reurns item eventually but would only give a credit for you to buy even more rubbish,and that took nearly a month.they won't answer my email anymore so that's how they get their money.. dont bother!!!!

Absolute JOKE of a company I ordered a 16.5tog Super Bounce Back Duvet through GOGROOPIE who use this supplier DIRECT WAREHOUSE LIMITED
What I received was a Hotel Quality Duvet ( NOT )
POOR FILLING,PUCKERED STITCHING,NO CARE LABEL ANYWHERE,DIRTY BLACK MARKS IN 2 LOCATIONS,FABRIC STICHED ACROSS THE WAY,LARGE HOLE ON 1 SIDE.
I have tried calling them on a number of occasions morning,afternoon,evening All you get is a message saying your call cannot be taken at the moment & you cannot leave a message.
Both companies GOGROOPIE & DIRECT WAREHOUSE LIMITED are UNCONTACTABLE I am now 14days after my Purchase & I AM NOW IN COMMUNICATION WITH TRADING STANDARDS
MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE IS STAY CLEAR OF BOTH
VERY ANGRY & DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER WHO WILL CONTINUE TO NAME AND SHAME

Do not buy from this website it is a scam!!!! They have ignored all my requests for a refund for an order I never received!!
I will have to now report them to my credit card so that I can get the money back. Fraudsters!!!

Wish I could rate no stars....I ordered a kingsize 10.5tog duvet set with pillows through wowcher , the pillows aren't that great but better than the duvet cover definitely NOT 10.5tog its flimsy and thin.
Wowcher and other discount/voucher sites need to up their game and only buy from reputable sellers.....not Impressed...also just checked the label on the duvet says george home? Maybe old stock.

Placed 4 seperate orders through Wowcher, they have failed to deliver on three orders for the same product, and supplied one wrong product on a forth transaction

The hotel quality pillows are the worst I've ever had. Lumpy and flat in a couple of weeks! Don't waste your money.

Sold me super king size duvet which was oved 18 inch too short length and width. Cant get hold of them on phone, late reply to email if they reply had to step up saying was going to take further. Eventually got it returned never use them.

"hotel grade pillows" is absolutely the opposite of what these items were. I have never received such a poor quality product.

We used these for about a week and then threw them in the bin as they went lumpy and clumpy and were not fit for purpose.

They are selling them through the discount voucher operators pretending that they are heavily discounted. - There is absolutely no way they are worth even £1 each, so if you are paying more then in my opinion you are being overcharged.

I wouldnt even give them to my dog to sleep on. Completely inferior products that are being paraded as quality products.

Terrible company. Sold me a duvet that had holes in it and then after telling me I'd get an exchange, decided it was out of stock and said "hopefully you'll get a refund soon".

I purchased pillows from this company via Go Groopie website which were advertised as hotel high quality pillows priced at £69.98 a pair but on offer for £9.99 plus £2.99 postage. When the pillows turned up they were of really low quality so I asked for a refund from Go Groopie as the were the middle man between me and the merchant.

After delaying tactics by Go Groopie they eventually agreed to a refund as I’d returned the items back within the timescale but then after more emails going back I heard nothing so I raised a Paypal case.

This it where is gets interesting as they ask you to pay for the goods then a separate transaction for postage so I go into my PayPal account and they’ve only refunded me £2.99 postage instead of the £9.99 postage price so no wonder they do this so they can rip customers off

If you search for direct warehouse limited on google you’ll notice poor reviews about the company along with how poor their products are but when you look at their Facebook page they have one 5 star review saying they have great products and this review is by one of their directors Mondi Ahmed as even when you click the review it says he works for the company

I would avoid this company at all costs as you will receive items of really low quality which have massively increased selling prices on their website and then you’ll have problems receiving a refund from them
