Read the bad reviews but thought I give them a chance which turned out to be a mistake.
Ordered and paid for a projector over a week ago with confirmation email. Money's been taken but there were no further updates so chased up on shipping status.
Email came back saying the order was cancelled internally withhout any explanations and that refund would be issued according to their timetable.
Had a look at their website and they've increased the price of the projector.
Not a serious website, avoid like the plague.
Update: not only did they not process the refund as informed, when I raise a dispute with Amex, they asked me to close the dispute, otherwise they can't issue me a refund. How stupid do they think I am? What a scam.

This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They inflate the original price and then overcharge customers well beyond the actual value of the product.
Do not buy from them shop around and compare prices elsewhere. This company behaves more like a scam than a legitimate store. Shocking prices and shocking customer service.

Don’t use this company. Product came from the US despite it being a UK company, product isn’t compatible in the UK.
Product is also 7-14 days late arriving. Still not turned up.
I’ve asked for a refund and they said I had to refuse the delivery and it will be sent back before being refunded.

Avoid this store at all costs!!
I placed an order for a specific product, but only found out it was out of stock after repeatedly following up myself. At no point was I proactively informed that the item was unavailable.
Instead, I was offered a completely different product as a substitute, which was not acceptable as I specifically ordered that model.
I then requested a refund, which was agreed. I opted for a full bank refund, which I was told would be processed within 5–7 working days.
Despite this, the refund has still not been received. I was later informed that the refund had supposedly been processed and would arrive within 24–48 hours, however this timeframe has also passed with no funds received.
Communication has been slow and inconsistent throughout, and I have had to chase updates at every stage.
At this point, I am left with no option but to consider opening a formal claim with my payment provider.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

I have to be honest I was a little hesitant after reading some of the bad reviews, but as with all things sometimes things can go wrong. Anyway, I decided to give them a shot. Ordered some Patriot Viper Steel RGB DDR4 RAM 32GB (2X16GB) 3600MHz at the time they were the cheapest place around. Plus, I wanted to match what was already fitted in my machine. After a little prompting I was kept informed on my orders progress and considering they were coming from the United States, I certainly didn’t expect next day shipping. Ordered on the 8th March and arrived 19th March. All in all I have to say the service I received was fine.

We purchased parts from them quoted as new unused in original boxes and in stock . none of the above was correct : parts used not the original Boxes totally different manufacturer to the order placed with them and multiple drops , On placing the order no problem but after that excuse after excuse no answer to telephone calls , always emails and as a customer you have to chase them , it has now been 3 months and still no money back , this is a scam do not use them !!

From buying to receiving is a little slow, but that is because it’s out of the country. Would buy again!
