Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company
I irdered from this store after Zebra Pens promoted buying from them.
I didn’t receive an item which was the main reason for my order. Have tried emailing them on multiple emails but no reply. Messaged the company (Zebra Pens) who makes the pens and they contacted this company directly, to which they told them the issue had been resolved, which is a lie as I have had no response from them at all.
Don’t waste your money ordering from here.

Do not use any business connected with this company

Their stationery subsidiary is very poor. Can’t send complete orders or full orders and tracking details provided to customer go nowhere. Conveniently for them no phone number available. Phoned this business and am still waiting for customer service to respond to me. I have paid in good faith for goods that have not been provided so will instigate consumer protection measures. Would not recommend any business managed by the senior directors listed for them.

Leaflets not delivered

Leaflets not delivered; asked which streets they had been delivered to but told they couldn't tell me. Dreadful service. Paid for GPS tracking but that doesn't appear to be anything at all. Do not use this company. I just wish that I had read these reviews before using them.

Do not use DLM for your leaflet delivery

DLM took our money for delivery of 28,000 leaflets and failed to deliver them. We have large numbers of people who are ready to report back on leaflet delivery - no one received it. Total breach of contract. They will send you "evidence" of delivery - photos of someone standing near street name plates with your leaflets, but they did not actually deliver them. I would strongly suggest you do not use this company.

Wish I had read these reviews before…

Wish I had read these reviews before choosing this company. The negative reviews are all 100% accurate. How they can get away with this is horrendous. We are a small mental health charity trying to get the message out there about our free support services. We ordered x5000 fliers and not a single flier was distributed. Fake evidence of delivery (actually jsut images of street signs) in streets where we proved they werent delviered. Despite formal complaints they just hid behind terms and conditions that "this isnt a guaranteed service" "often some doors get missed" I done a survey and not one single residnet received a flier out of x300 residents in x150 different streets in a small viallge. Zero compassion and a horrendous unprofessional company happy to steal a small non-profit charitys money.

BE WARNED

BE WARNED, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY TO DELIVER YOUR FLYERS. They will communicate very well with you, promise to deliver any amount of flyers at any time you request. They use third party delivery teams and have no real control of what happens to your flyers. I believe the tracking information provided 2 weeks after the propseeld drop to be counterfeit. We sent out 11,000 flyers and have not had 1 response, we called at several houses in the area of the drop to confirm. DLM will take your money first and deliver nothing.

Avoid and save money

The various lasts reviewers warned us all to stay away and only person to blame is myself. When I personally didn’t get a leaflet I started to be concerned. Funnily enough most of the one star reviews from last few months have gone. Things been a truly dreadful experience. I live in the area and had 6,000 leaflets to be delivered. I also have a Facebook page for the area and after friends who I called when nearly complete not one of 300 people had gotten a leaflet all you get is waffle. Be warned and I’ll make sure to check for this getting taken down and companies offer review removal so I will keep this so can add back if needed.

Give this lot a wide berth.

This company is highly unreliable and should be given a wide berth. They take your money up-front, and then fail to do the job. Worse, they hide behind their terms and conditions and refuse to provide details of their supposed checking processes and 'industry standards'. Do not use them, do not even consider using them, in fact, tell all your contacts not to go anywhere near them.

NEVER EVER US DLM - This is an absolute SCAM

This is an absolute SCAM. I have a very successful magazine which has been running for over 3 years. This is the first time we have trialed this company and PLEASE READ THIS - DO NOT EVER USE THEM
We asked for 5000 magazines to be delivered around our town and other villages. We were shocked when they confirmed they had been delivered and we hadnt had a copy because we live in the postode. I then asked our neighbours and noone had received it. I then called around the town and other villages to friends and no-one had received it.
The stupid pre written scripted reply i got was all about " missing off road houses or side streets" or " houses with NO SPAM MAIL" which is absolute crap because i am talking main roads that never had a copy.
On each of our magazines we run a competition for high quality/high value prizes and we know when they have been delivered because the emails just start coming in BUT after DLM say over 15000 copies had gone out we have had NOT ONE EMAIL entering the competition.
This is a PROFESSIONAL SCAM and i am taking this further with our local trading standards, they cant get away with this

Excellent Service

I recently used DLM to print and distribute 30,000 leaflets across the Bromsgrove area for our Glazing company. The service from the point of sales right through to the Customer Service team keeping me updated on the progress was spot on. We knew a lot of friends and family in the area who was looking out for our leaflet and we had a great response which was good peace of mind for us. We will definitely be using DLM in the future for distributions in other areas.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam - did not speak to one person ( paid to deliver 5000 leaflets) who had received the leaflet. When I asked for details of the streets covered was told that the teams don’t keep records! No wonder they take your money in advance - avoid at all costs

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

😱 Avoid Direct Letterbox Marketing like the plague.

I’m only sharing our experience as I know so many new businesses owners and self employed people who all work so hard, putting so much effort and time and care into their work just like we do with ours, where every penny counts, and who could get their fingers burned here.

We employed DLM instead of Royal Mail this time (big mistake) to deliver our leaflets, which don’t seeem to have been delivered.

We have loads of past, previous, and current clients all saying they’ve received nothing.

We paid for GPS tracked and their GPS tracking “evidence” is a couple of phone screenshots in a word document.

These screenshots clearly seem to be drawn on with an iPhone/iPad, with red lines covering street names (Where the GPS tracked lines are clearly under the street names.)

The screenshots also show loads of missed streets.

DLMs excuse for those missed streets are that those streets are too new for their GPS software, yet they’re 8 years old areas, and some ‘scribbled with red lines’ streets are much, much newer!

They later went on to say that it’s the delivery people who provide the GPS data to them, so that didn’t quite add up with what they’d originally claimed.

Constant contradictions, inconsistencies, and excuses from DLM.

We have loads of previous, current, and new clients informing us that they have not received our leaflets, but have received other agents recently.

The QR codes on our leaflets, which are always used, are also not being used with DLM’s delivery.

I believe that DLM are a genuine company, but, I have no idea who they’re outsourcing to, and when things go wrong for them like this, DLM are making it the customers problem and keeping the money, which goes to show the kind of company they are.

We’ve had loads of contradictory emails from DLM, along with certain admissions, along with lots of nonsensical excuses, as well as them telling us their GPS limitations after we’ve employed and paid them to do a job for us.

Disgusting work ethic, frustrating company.

I wish I had checked the reviews before I approach this company, I told them to drop 5k around my local area not one person could clarify they got a menu through the door not even my regulars so wasted my money and wasted my menus I’m so frustrated as in these hard times I have been robbed! I have thrown menus before just 1 k and I had a good feed back Maybe because I did it my self and I gave this company 5 k and no response, guys please avoid
