I placed a large order ahead of our woodburner installation and found the website easy to navigate, with a good range of products at competitive prices.

The delivery was also excellent. The driver was very helpful and kindly assisted me in carrying all of the items to the door, which was particularly appreciated given the size of the order.

The quality of the products appears to be very good, everything is working as planned, and I am delighted with our new woodburner. Overall, a very positive experience and a company I would happily recommend.

When i placed the order with them he called me and to discuss the order and advised i had ordered the incorrect part and even though i had to cancel the order in the end they still helped in explaining what i did.

Ordered the wrong size flue. They wouldn’t change it. However that’s not my complaint. When I asked them if when I bought the correct size the one I had was worth anything to them as a discount the reply was “it might be damaged”
It’s still in the box !!
If it’s damaged you’d need to send me another. His reply was yes “another one of the same size”

Super Service, parts arrived a day early, everything correct and in good condition. Very good service!

Ordered for delivery on a specific day. Delivery turned up perfectly. Had some items to return and luckily, I lived within an hour of the store so took it back myself. Refunded the difference straight away. Will definitely use again! Thank you!

very poor returns policy. you pay ?

If you want a sweater dress that looks like the outer shell of a teddy bear that hasn't been stuffed yet than youve found you spot. Material looks like the felt you used in kindergarten to make arts and crafts. Im all for fast fashion but this is trash.

Great service. Arrived promptly and as a tradesman was happy with the quality. I had a return to send back and they sorted very quickly and returned money.
