im expecting a time sensetive delivery that requires cold storage. the tracking shows it was recieved by this hub at 7am this morning (this is also the hub that services my area). they did not send it out for delivery. i called up at 11 am to be told "its been sent to the wrong hub we should deliver tomorrow." despite the tracking showing exactly where it is (the correct hub.)

But for the quick action and stellar customer service representation of this overnight courier depot - plus the Sherlock Holmes skills of Customer Service Advisor, Paul Ashton, at APC Depot 78, my fridge-freezer may still be sitting on the sidewalk singing, 'Knees up Mother Brown!'
Not even 'overzealous' NetZero King, Ed Miliband could do without a food protector, but mine was loitering in 'Limbo' somewhere. And when the outfit you've purchased from fails to know whether they're Arthur or Martha, this is when you call in the cool heads.
Rising to the occasion came the Knight in Shining Armor who deduced the major hiccup and arranged in quick-speed-time the delivery of my 'other' much-needed cool head. This man went the extra mile when the supplier of said item was left standing and useless in the straight. I thank you for that, Paul.
One must be fair and pay special mention to the driver and deliverer, Atif who also went the extra mile on this delivery occasion, which was very much appreciated.
In a day and age when we have come to expect second-rate performances, it is refreshing to find a company - and representatives of the said company - willing to take their jobs seriously and go the extra mile. Needless to say, I intend to use DEXL, Bedwas whenever possible.

I’m having a hard time reaching someone, regarding my direct express card.
I have a direct express credit card. I called the number on the back of the card . I enter in the last four digits of the card number. and it says, this card is no longer active.I can’t talk to anybody, no matter what number I call. As It’s not due to expire until 12/27. I got no notification that something was going on with my card. I really need someone from Direct Express to reach out to me. I really need my benefits money. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
Rude and incompetent
Some of the rudest and most incompetent customer service I have ever received. They claimed to have tried to deliver my parcel 3 times, despite leaving no notes or attempting to contact me. When i eventually contacted them, the "customer service" person who spoke to me was extraordinarily rude. Avoid at all costs!!
Live fish shipment
We have been using Apc to send live stock for many years now. Recently the cost went up considerably however they do ensure our fish receive the fastest and safest service. Our customers are very pleased to receive happy, healthy fish via Apc. We cannot praise our collection driver enough he's always polite and on time.
