Unfortunately the florist failed to…
Unfortunately the florist failed to deliver the bouquet even though I was sent a message confirming that it had been delivered that day! I rang the florist the following morning and they were very apologetic - also they could not understand what had gone wrong! They promised to deliver that morning which they did (& put ‘extras’ in the bouquet), which was beautiful. My daughter was thrilled but as they were for a special occasion and a day late, the surprise was completely lost. Therefore very disappointing - but the bouquet, when eventually it arrived, was lovely.

Very happy with the service & quality of flowers
I ordered funeral flowers which were delivered on time & my cousin said they were beautiful. From the photo they looked the same as on the florist’s website. Very happy with the service & quality.
