Ordered and paid for Allacan Cetrizine Hydrochloride hayfever medication, a years supply at nearly £25. Received cheap Cetrizine Dihydrochloride of which I've tried in the past and allergic to this, hence why I placed a specific order. Contacted customer services, email address and spelling errors on the website, to me, this says possible fraud. I have emailed and tried to send a message, to which I just kept receiving a message saying 'not sent '. Receipt from a Rizq Healthcare, but wrong item received as mentioned above. Not sure if this is a scam website imitating an original , but I've contacted my bank for a section 75 refund, as this medication I was sent is useless to me, and falsely advertised on the website.

Follow up also: received an email dated 2nd September 2024, advising of a full refund. It is now 11th September 2024, and nothing has appeared in my bank. Clearly a scam website. Reported to my bank, and to action fraud. People like this conning money out of customers is sadly becoming a regular trend around the UK, and these people need to be stopped!

I had ordered my medicines on 2nd Jan, and the prescript was sent to direct2chemist on 4th Jan. They used to send my medicines via Royal Mail, and everything was good until the time they switched to Evri. And now my tracking number is showing that there is a delay in the parcel (my medicines). It is already 18th Jan, but no one is replying me to trace its whereabouts. Even the courier company Evri (it was Hermes before), it doesn't even have any customer care number or email where I can raise my concerns, and it is written in their website that they only deal with the sender and not the receiver of the parcel. I have tried Twitter/Facebook/Gmail, no responses yet. It is one of the worst and helpless experiences.

Edit: 25/01 Direct2chemist is really helpful. They resend my medicines via Royal mail, so yes the customer helpline does look into it. Many thanks and much appreciate it. And I am improving my rating.

Terrible company, they have a website but also sell on ebay - where they tried to con me. The item description stated: surgical tape 2.5cm X 9.1m long but I was actually sent a roll 2.5cm X 5m long, this is misrepresentation. I messaged the seller but was just ignored (this is common practice according to their feedback) and the item description stated I had to pay return postage....it is against the law in the UK to sell me one thing and send another, and they also have to pay the return shipping for their attempted con as the item wasn't as described.
