SCAM ALERT: diptiqueromania.com – Fake Delivery Tracking & No Refund!

On January 14, I placed an order on diptiqueromania.com. On January 15, I received an email stating the order was shipped, with tracking number LZ360960618CN (via 17track, estimating 2-4 weeks delivery.

On January 27, tracking showed delivery in Bucharest to wrong recipient. Contact form on site broken (invalid CAPTCHA, no company name or contacts found). Payment went to individual "ALBERTAJOE HERMOSILLO," raising red flags.

Replied to shipping email on Feb 2; they responded Feb 3 saying they'd check. Asked for invoice/order details Feb 3; they replied Feb 5 blaming courier for wrong address and offered reshipment. I refused and demanded full refund same day—no response since.

Will dispute payment with bank and replace card. Reporting as site remains active, scamming others.
