Wonderful to see that craftsmanship and care is not lost in this world. I would urge you to take the time to visit the actual shop (tucked away in Norwich's "Swan Lane"). A treasure trove of timepieces to browse and every feeling of being fitted by an expert tailor with something that I will love and will fit my lifestyle (This was the service I came for). This shop would be a superb place to take a loved one of any age and help them choose something truly special, or even just to see what can be created and connect with the art of working metal, minerals and jewels. My consultant was John Pearce and he was knowledgeable, caring and professional. All-in-all, what came through from this establishment was a sense of dedication and expertise. To ,now, learn that it has been family-run for generations makes all the sense in the world. This is the first time I purchased from Dipples Jewellers and there was a slight hiccup from the supplier not Dipples. My watch was damaged, straight Dipples advised me to send the watch back, reimbursed me the postage on the same day and already requested a replacement from the supplier. Purchased a watch recently, Geogina was very helpful when delivery was delayed during the postal strike. The watch is stunning. I initially chose Dipples because the price for the particular watch I wanted was substantially cheaper with them, but will continue to use for future purchases.

I wasn’t expecting the two beads to be exactly the same but am disappointed. One is so vibrant and the other rather dull.

Having recently lost one earring, the same as the ones I purchased, I was very relieved to find an exact replacement at Dipples. Ordering was easy and they arrived really quickly, beautifully boxed. Excellent customer service and great communication throughout.

Easy to use website. Wasn’t in when the delivery arrived but arrived quickly. Haven’t seen my purchase yet as was wrapped beautifully in tissue with stickers so didn’t want to open as it’s a present.

Chose to go to an independent shop for our wedding rings. We was not disappointed. The man who helped us (I think his name was John) was very friendly and explained all the difference in the rings we looked at.
Help us choose the rings and was not pressured at all.
I even got my engagement ring resized for free.
