They charged me a foreign transfer fee without consent, and they refused to refund me for the delay in shipping. It was guaranteed before Father’s Day but didn’t come for 4 days after

I can see you have been speaking with our team regarding this issue.
Orders are made and shipped from the US.
Our Head office is located in Australia and on very rare occasions, some banks can flag this and charge an international transaction fee.
This was charged by the bank, but I can see once were advised of this, we refunded this amount from your order.
On our website, we advised cut off date's for Fathers Day delivery.
The cut off date for Standard delivery was June 3rd, and your order was unfortunately placed June 13th.
In the checkout, when selecting the shipping option, a delivery time frame was shown.
Shipping options and time frames are also listed on our shipping information page.
I am so very sorry this was not clear.

I never got my product delivered
I never got my product delivered. They charged me $25.99 for first Father’s Day book. I got notification of it getting delivered but have not received it yet! I feel bad as the first Father’s Day celebration went in vain.
