Slight delivery delay, but kept informed.Priced well.

Exactly as ordered, very surprised because of the price being so cheap, will definatly use again, 3 weeks waiting for delivery but that's exactly how long they said it would be.

Ordered a ipad and realised it would not get here in time for a birthday, after a day I asked for a refund and was rufunded within 3 days I was a bit sceptical after reading other reviews but personally my experience was really good

Took a ridiculously long time to recieve the products and the'Samsung' charger overheated so quickly it has to be fake. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Very good service, delivery within the specified date's. The products are of the highest standard.

They are scammers. Been nearly 2 weeks I haven't received my Samsung S23. They do not have a contact number where we can speak to someone, watsapp enquiries don't get answered until a day later with vague replies. They gave me an invalid tracking number for a parcel that doesn't exist. Stay away wish I did.

This Nintendo switch is AMAZING & the price was awesome.

In December 2022 I bought a Samsung Z Fold 4 mobile phone for my wife's Christmas present from this company for around £500 less than everyone else were selling it for. The phone came on time. it was great and we were very happy. I was so happy in fact that I wrote a review on Trustpilot praising the company!
That all changed when 2 months later the phone developed a screen fault. I contacted the company and to cut a long story short they kept messing me about, so I asked for a refund, which they originally agreed to. I also informed my bank as I paid by credit card, and my bank decided to create a dispute. It took 4 more months of arguing with Dimprice but today I finally received all of my money back. I will never take a chance like that again. It's not just the buying price that you should be wary of but the aftercare and warranty.

Initially I was concerned about the shipment as it was just over a week from the order date until the package was rec'd by the courier company so no detailed shipment information was available, however once the courier company rec'd it the package was delivered in a couple of days and within the advised shipment date. The goods ordered were exactly as described and at a much lower price than other sellers. I would be happy to purchase goods from them in the future.

The delivery information can be better.

They deliver the phone as promised however the courier tracking information can be better. Once the order was dispatched, the app said that the parcer was "transit in hub" for more than a week without any update. At that point I started to be concerned as it wasn't clear what they meant and they have bad reviews about Dimprice not being responsive. After 12 days, I received a mail from DPD and everything went back on track. The whole delivery time was 16 days, as per their T&C.

A bit dubious at first because of the price, but so glad I went ahead and purchased it, as it said in the description “new in box”. Thank you.

Very good price, Excellent Tracked delivery service from 1st order to delivery. Recommended a friend who also had the same excellent all round experience.

Well considering I never got my order, my experience with this company has not been great.

I was skeptical of ordering on here as the price was considerably less than anywhere else. Althought the website is (co.uk) this appears to be a chinese company.

It doesn't suprise me that it can be offered at this price as the mark up on Big Tech Companies is astonomical and we in the west sure are stupid to pay £1000+ for a phone.

Anyway I read some reviews and they were generally positive, with most of the complaints being delivery time. Which added to my conclusion that it was Chinese Distributer or some sort of cover company, i'm not entirely sure. Regardless they offer a 6 month warranty and full manufacturer warranty on faulty items.

I was in no rush and for a 40% or more saving on the product, I was willing to wait.

I was very suprised when the Phone arrived within 2 weeks. It works great, is an original product and packaging and i am very happy.

Phone in chinese on arrival. Easy fix. No wall charger, although this is an easy fix at this price point.

Would use again.
