We had an excellent experience with Digital Storm building a custom machine. While custom builds take time, their communication and process were outstanding from start to finish. We were able to clearly track every stage. From order and inventory assignment to assembly, stress testing, quality assurance, packaging, and shipping. The system arrived exactly as specified and built with obvious care. If you value transparency, quality, and reliability, Digital Storm delivers.

You won't find better build quality at this price point. There are cheaper alternatives, but cheaper means a lot of headaches later.

The team was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I purchased. They were knowledgeable and were able to guide me through the process of selecting the correct computer for my needs.

This was my second time buying a PC from Digital Storm. There will definitely be a third (I tend to let multiple generations pass then just buy a completely new PC, rather than upgrade incrementally).

Customer service has always been top notch. I spoke with someone prior to each purchase to help me choose the exact setup I wanted. Each PC came to me in perfect condition. The first one eventually had a component go bad. They helped me troubleshoot the entire thing and ultimately had me send the whole PC back. Fixed and sent it back no problem. My second PC has been running great right out of the box this entire time.

Work looks clean and professional and system runs great.

Solid build haven't had any issues since I got it. It's definitely worth the wait that they're known for.

My current Digital Storm PC is my fifth in the last twenty years. I am a demanding user yet every DS computer I’ve bought has surprised and delighted me by exceeding even my highest expectations. Not only are these machines expertly built with only the best components but the sales and service I have experienced from DS since 2004 has been flawless.No up-selling, no bloatware, no commercial tie-ins, no nonsense. I am a relatively knowledgeable and experienced computer user but I still rely on expert advice from the tech guys at DS to optimize my purchases, question my assumptions and to make sure that not only are my setups optimal, they are also future-proofed. My son uses my last, five year-old DS rig and it’s still running beautifully, handling everything he throws at it.

For me, a top-shelf, high-performance, custom-built PC for gaming and other demanding applications is like a BMW; superbly engineered and a pleasure to use every day. And even if the price of entry is higher than average, the value, lifespan and capability fully justify the initial outlay. These machines are great value. Digital Storm stand behind their engineering and offer warrantied service over the lifetime of their products. The expertise, enthusiasm and commitment of the company’s staff has made my two-decade relationship with DS a completely positive one. I hope to be able to custom-order and buy PCs from this company for as long as I use a PC. I would be as reluctant to part with the Digital Storm computer on my desk as I would the BMW in my garage and would only do so in order to buy another one.

Great Experience. When I first got my PC I couldnt turn it on, but thats only because I had to overclock my Powersupply. Everything came pristine and all extra parts were included. Everything was also neat and tidy and very well put together, 10/10 would recommend. The pricing is good and its worth it. Their support team is also very straightforward and to the point for troubleshooting and fixing your problem; they practically do it for you, very guided and very polite. They are about Quality over Quantity, so if you want a pristine, well built and tidy pc - these guys are the way to go. Plus Digital storm has a nice ring to it and if you order from them they keep you up to date on the stages of which your pc is at on being built and any delays or anything of the sort, they will alert you. They are just the best in the game. They built me basically the Mitochondria of a pc, shes a beast. Anyways this is drawn out but just goes to show how impressed I am with them and that I would love to show my support.also for anyone wondering Had my pc for about 2 years now and its still running just a smooth as it ever was, also this review is from 2026 but ill be listing my experience to when I got the pc. We process photo image files sometimes amounting to more than 1-GB in total. These files which often reach more than 500 individual files are captured using deep space telescopes. We needed a computer that could handle the sheer weight of what was needed and were pleased when we found Digital Storm. Our build process began with a telephone call to the support folks detailing the software we use as well as the files being processed. We needed a computer that was fast enough and possessed the ability to grow to keep pace with our needs.
We have been extremely pleased with both the computer from Digital Storm as well as the support staff. The past 18-plus months have been met with a great computer.

They provide solid, well tested, highly performant systems with whisper quiet watercooled GPUs. I'm on my 3rd system from them. They have great support and helped out with upgrades and repairs when one of my systems was hit by lighting.

I have had my Digital Storm Corsa system for about a year now. The build was slowed down due to GX card availability - the 50XX series had just come out - but that is not something I can fault DS for. DS was responsive to my queries and when I received the machine, wow, the build quality was impressive. I have had no issues with the machine. I have referred several friends to Digital Storm and will continue to do so.

I have ordered two custom PCs from Digital Storm over the last 10 years. The one I ordered in approximately 2016 is still good; however, I replaced it last year just cause they were dropping support for the Windows version I had and it did not have the pre-requisites for the new Windows.

I absolutely love this company. When I had a single issue with my last computer after I received it, they automatically took it back, covered shipping, fixed the minor issue, and sent it back and I never had a problem again.

My new computer is amazing. No issues. Set up easily, was ready to go. I won’t go with another company.

Got my first Digital Storm in 2012. I switched from Velocity Micro that I used for years but their prices just kept edging up for the same components you could get from others. That first Digital Storm is still going strong. I thought it was a little fan noisy when I first got it and they sent me a fix, no charge. Over the years I've upgraded storage, memory and video cards in my original machine but the motherboard was getting a little old (plus the whole W11 thing) so I finally got a new machine last year. I meant to retire the old machine when the new one arrived but I've kept it on running my security system and it's still on 24/7. I use the new machine for business and gaming and I leave it on 24/7 also. Great components and build quality and no problems at all.

This is the second computer I've ordered from Digital Storm. When the time comes, I will definitely buy from them again. My first purchase was state of the art at the time 15 years ago. It was a gaming platform which was so advanced that it carried me past my gaming days and was still a superior computer until an industry change in architecture necessitated a new computer to operate Windows 11. I still use that computer as a secondary one and couldn't be happier. The new one isn't their top of the line, but it is still superior to any commercial rig. The beauty of Digital Storm is the ability to customize the product to meet your individual needs. I got exactly what I wanted in a new machine with better specifications than box store computers and for a better price. Highest recommendation.

Very solid machine- reliable and great if you are a gamer but also are going for high productivity. I use it for gaming and work. No lagginess or crashes.

I've now purchased two tower systems from DS and was delighted with both. The systems were shipped promptly and arrived with great packaging and have run flawlessly. But the best thing about DS is the service. I called to ask if they could suggest a good SS HD for my older DS system to replace the system drive. They recommended one and when it arrived, they helped my transfer my OS to the new drive! Response time is very short and responses are very informed and helpful.

I typically do not do reviews. Mainly because I’m lazy. But I was asked to provide my experience so far with my Digital Storm Velox custom built machine. So here we are. I’ve had mine since 2022. The buying experience was fantastic. I was able to filter and customize my machine online and send in the order. They gave me frequent updates during the build and test process, and when it shipped, it was bundled up tighter than a newborn baby. Even though there is upgraded technology by now, my PC flies. I am an avid gamer and there is no game this thing won’t run. It’s been battle tested. Never had an issue. Never had to contact support. You can keep your store bought crap to the shelves. Digital Storm is the way to go. Next time I need to upgrade, or even if my kids beg me enough to break down and get them one, I’m buying through Digital Storm 10/10 times. Not a paid review. Real customer experience. Paid good money on this machine and got every pennies worth.

In my personal opinion, Digital Storm has been the best investment I have made when it comes to buying a brand new PC. My PC is made for gaming and also for work In both aspects my PC performs at the highest level and Digital Storm came through on a system that meet and go beyond standards. I consider my computer not in the high end spectrum, but one thing I can say about it...is that is fast on gaming and it is with the right software. Customer service is a 5 stars in my opinion. If they don't answer right away...trust me they will get to you as soon as they can. No customer service is perfect, but Digital Storm's tries hard and do the best they can...no quiestions asked.

The pc I purchased was well beyond my expectation! Love it! The staff members I was in contact with were very professional. They met my questions with patience, knowledge and kindness!! D.S. built my pc exactly the way I wanted it! It runs so beautifully and is a gorgeous machine.

I really like the tower i purchased from Digital Storm. I run highly complex CAD designs, and having options when building this thing was really helpful to match to my needs. When I ran into some issues, they were able to help get things cleared up (was an issue on my side, had my camera plugged into the BIOS USBC).
