Absolute clowns - sent wrong item and then spent another 48hrs working out they sent wrong item which was plainly obvious. Didn’t send out a replacement on time, didn’t contact me, terrible customer services. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Won’t get any further business from my organisation or the other 3 I own shares in.

I realise these guys have had some rough reviews and know from first hand that they've been badly disrupted by the pandemic. However I've used them for years both with my last company and my current one and they have always been brilliant. Really great service, good prices and always go out of their way to accomodate any requests. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We opted for the fast track option and received the lanyards just under a week later taken weekends into account.

The material & print quality of their lanyards are perfect, I will definitely be ordering again soon.

I will not shop with Digital ID again due to the poor customer service and attitude given for a failed delivery that arrived 3 days later rather than overnight. Poor show blaming Cornovirus and delivery drivers as we are all living with the knock on effects of this.

Just had one of the best B2B experiences of the year with Digital ID, with thanks to Sarah who helped on live chat and then by phone.

Refreshing not to be recommended to the most expensive option. She helped us select the correct printer based on usage. I actually specified a slightly higher budget on the phone, but she still recommended the best deal for us at the best quality/value.

Really couldn't recommend the website experience and product range enough, and with confidence in the team behind the scenes, it's the perfect combination.

Prompt, easy to buy and well priced

Awful caused us to let our customer down due to a promised next day delivery, which never turned up and still isn't dispatched some 48 hours later.

Web site needs updating to not be displaying a next day service if you order within 2 hours, if they cannot fulfill it.

Items delivered in super fast time, thanks

Placed an order on a Weds expecting one-day delivery. Chased the order the following Tues and was told I would receive the dispatch confirmation within the hour for delivery the next day. Chased again on the Thursday only to be told that the stock levels on their website were wrong and they don't have stock of the item after all. A waste of a week.

Placed order for Zebra Ribbon on basis next day delivery as desperate for ribbon.

A couple days later automatic notification came through stating delivery expected late October!

Don't advertise stock as available unless it is!

Items were missing but we resolved this issue in the end. Overall, instructions were clear and the item was easy to set up.

Excellent service given by Digital ID. From having some sample cards printed to ordering a machine, Magicard Ultima. The New Customer services manager went well beyond service, experienced else where. This how business should be run. An extremely good customer service. And one very satisfied customer.
