Horrible Company with Horrible Customer Service. its all about a dollar with no desire to please customers and their expectations.

Digital Dream Productions Review - THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE

If you have paid a deposit or booked this company for your wedding, demand a refund immediately because it is a scam!! I booked them for my wedding in August 2017 and still have not received anything or even the highlights video which was promised 6 weeks after the event! They demanded the full payment upfront which I made, I agreed a price for the full day and also drone footage but again have not received anything. I rang up in September - 8 weeks after the wedding as I had not heard anything and was told that they could send me the unedited version of the ceremony, when I received this footage, I was utterly devastated, the camera man did not get a single shot of my dress or me walking down the aisle - the only footage was of my husbands back! When I rang up to ask if this was a joke, I was shouted at by the owner and told that the camera man has to stand to the left rather than the big space to the right as that’s just how they do things and no-one had advised them that we wanted a the shot of me walking down the aisle!

I then raised the issue that I had not received the edited footage and the sound quality was extremely poor - he went on to make excuses and kept referring to the contract that I had agreed to when I made the payment, which states that they have 12 months to deliver the finished product. It is December and I still have not had the highlights!

I have repeatedly emailed and called and not made any progress! He apparently does not check his emails because he does not have time and has too many junk emails in his inbox so can’t be bothered to sift through. He has a back log of 16 weddings so he has to prioritise them above our wedding which was 5 months ago! They were meant to take the drone footage a week after the wedding, I have now been informed that footage has not been taken and they will go to the venue when they get the time to get the footage - so although the wedding was in the summer, the drone footage will be in the winter because they failed to get the footage when they were supposed to. Again something I paid for and have not received.

As I said, Digital Dream Productions and La Boda Photography is a complete scam - they demand the full payment upfront and I have not received anything and have no faith that the finished product will even be average quality. We were both so excited to relive the day but it has been an ongoing battle to try and contact these cowboys and get an answer as to when we can expect or wedding film.

DO NOT BOOK THEM! They should not be taking on anymore work if they have such a back log and cannot deliver to existing customers! Digital Dream Productions will ruin your whole wedding experience.
