Very many and always up-to-date news from the DJ world. I bought the DDJ-SRT course. A very thorough tutorial with practical tips and tricks. Every owner of a DDJ-SRT should take a look at the course. I was lucky, the price of the course had just been reduced. I visit the Digital DJ Tips website daily and heartily recommend it to every DJ.

Highly professional site, well-curated content delivered articulately by industry veterans, and whilst not cheap, you definitely get what you pay for. The private Facebook group and monthly group coaching sessions are also very nice additions and instil a nice sense of community with the students. If you really are serious about improving your DJ skills, then Digital DJ Tips comes highly recommended.

Digital DJ Tips is in essence two things: a news magazine about the world of digital DJing, including new software updates and reviews of DJ controllers. In this regard, they are great and timely. When I’m interested in a DJ controller, chances are great that they will have reviewed it and will have highlighted the pros and cons that are relevant to me.

The other part is the DJ school, a selection of DJ courses. I have bought two types of courses from them, „Digital DJ Lab“ (DDJL) and „House Mixing Mastery“ (HMM). While DDJL is a nice point if you want to get an overview of some relevant techniques, their other courses, like HMM, are a lot more focused towards a certain topic. The latter type brings tremendous value. I can of course only speak about HMM but what I’m seeing is a very careful and deliberate approach to teaching that makes sure students get the most out of it, no matter if they’re a beginner or a seasoned veteran. The course is split up into modules that are easy to navigate and build upon each other. Therefore it is easy to skip parts you think you know already or go back to parts that you want to revisit. The best part: the knowledge they’re teaching really works. They’ve taken the time to break DJ techniques down into parts that are easy to understand and follow.

Granted, courses like HMM are not cheap but I don’t regret spending the money because it has elevated my DJing considerably. To sum it up, I’m very happy with what Digital DJ Tips has to offer and consider them a great resource for up-to-date knowledge.
