I would give 10 stars but unfortunately can not. Just collected my new dj setup yesterday! Really nice shop. Staff is very helpful. Everything sorted as should! Hope will soon back for new things. Huge thanks for your help guys. I'm pretty sure everyone enjoy shopping in there!

Purchased a dj controller over the net have a numerous calls to Adam and the team and They have have been fantastic. Great before. During and even better after customer care service. A trusted seller I highly recommend.

Came in store and demo on the XDJ-RX and DDJ-RX dj controllers.

After some demo's by the staff, product information, comparisons and a play on both controllers, i decided on the XDJ-RX unit.

Many thanks to the helpful, knowledgable staff in store.
Will be back soon for some headphones.

Walked in to have a look around. They had a great selection of electric guitars. Really good informative service and a great range of amps to try guitars through. Loved the sound and feel of the Squire John 5. Bought it there and then. Excellent shop. 😎🎸

I came across the store after a friend had reccomend me after he purchased some headphones and a few other bits and bobs from them a while back. I have to say, I was taken a back by the feel good factor within the shop from the staff. They made my purchase really simple, and I will be returning with out doubt to upgrade my Dj equipment in the not too distant future. Thanks guys - Smu

I've shopped there twice, both times I was given excellent service including demos of the items I was considering purchasing. Prices are great, and as they state - the same as you can find online anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy Digital DJ or other gear, and will return to them when I make my next purchase.

After ringing the store for some info on a buying a new pair of headphones I was given lots of information on what would suit my needs best and invited down to try them out. Customer service was fantastic and could not have been more helpful, Very pleasant shopping experience and would recommend to anyone in the market for new gear.

My old pioneer cdj400 had faulted so time to upgrade my kit! Gave these chaps a call on a new DDJ-SX2 I had set my sights on, they even kept the shop open a little later so I could come & try before I buy. Unfortunately there was a manufacture fault with the only unit they had in stock, this was quickly resolved and a new one was delivered & I was met by one of that chaps the following day with a replacement controller ready for my gig Saturday. Will be using these chaps for future DJ equipment purchases! Thank you 👍🏼

To be honest the guys that run this place have got it nailed! Great customer service is very rare nowadays but these guys are super knowledgeable, non pushy and want to make sure they provide you with the right product and not just bag another sale! We need more establishments like this in the world!

Really helpful and patient guys- i knew very little about what I wanted as I was buying for a present but I left far more knowledgeable and with the perfect gift! Lovely set up - well worth a visit!

Gave them a ring before hand and decided to make the trip from Stroud to get a demo on the Traktor Audio 2.
Honest, genuine couple of guys who greeted me, helped with all the queries I had. Ended up not buying the above product due to their professional advice but bought a pair of amazing headphones instead.
I would recommend Digital DJ Music for anyone, from a person who likes to dabble in a bit of mixing with friends (me) to pro DJ's who require the very best in DJ equipment.
Great service and friendly atmosphere not to mention the thumping tunes being played in the background.

I telephoned the store to check they had what I wanted in stock (A new audio interface). The staff member I spoke to was very helpful and my soundcard arrived the next day (Late moning/early afternoon)

A shop that has everything for all djs . i was well chuffed this shop opened in my town {worcester} .
i have had several purchases from the shop , each timer staff where friendly and were quick to sort any issues out . def worth checking out , loads of dj gear and all the new released equipment is in the shop as soon as its released . you can go and have a play around on the equipment , with both Adam & Adam at hand to help with any queries - Swifty/Soitiz

I was running late and wasn't sure if I was going to make it to the store in time before it closed... I gave digitaldjmusic store a call to tell them the situation and they said they would stay open for an extra 15 minutes so I could still visit the shop. They gave me honest opinions on sound quality etc. on some speakers I was looking at and guided me to buy the best suited for myself. Really helpful staff and overall very pleased that someone has opened a store like this in Worcester!

I got my pioneer controller and USB speakers from here. Rang up paid by card and was delivered by adam the same night as I was at work. Since this purchase I have been to visit the store and its exactly what us djs/musicians need, a place where you can view and try out equipment.
Top guys and a great atmosphere!!!!!!!!

On my first visit to their shop in Worcester I was greeted by Adam & Adam with a warm welcome. The shop is clean and fully stocked with goodies for DJs and Digital musicians and both guys know their stuff. I walked away with some excellent kit from Novation and will be back again soon to expand my home studio.

I prefer to buy from Independents like these guys and their knowledge & customer service is second to none. Thoroughly recommended.
