They are a complete disaster to deal with, don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails, don't reply to tickets.
Speedo ordered in December and now April, still nothing. Keep well away from this company as they will just take your money and delivery nothing

I think they gone bankrupt, I lost a lot of money with a non-delivered item and they don't respond to email or phone

Ordered part from very flashy website & paid for - initially I was very worried after seeing all the bad reviews- & and in fact wrote one myself. You will not be able to speak to anyone or receive any emails answering your queries. However the part arrived today.
So I apologise to them - but please VMAXBITZ -COMMUNICATE!!!

What a bunch of scammers, placed one order for a digital control box last year, which turned up in good time. However just placed two further orders for another control box, Speedo and rev counter…. Guess what, taken my money, no goods received, no communication and no hope. I’m reporting them to trading standards, then going to make a point of contacting all their suppliers and telling them what a bunch of scam artists they are. As many others, can’t wait to catch up with them at future shows…..

A complete scam, ordered just under £200 of kit from them and nothing has arrived. None of their communication enables you to get through to them. The phone is never answered, your messages are not returned either. No reply to any of the emails I have sent them and no reply on their ticket support system.

They will literally take your money and give you nothing....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I have now reported them to the police.

I bought a daytona nano 11 it has now gone faulty, tried to call sent emails, left messages, no answer, after sales help is non existant, avoid at all cost

I'm having the same issue as everyone else, no one answers the phone, calls you back after you leave a message. Answer they're support tickets or emails. They have basically stolen my money. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM

I have also reported you to trading standards and been I touch with koso Europe and koso America regarding your behaviour in not fulfilling mine and I now realise countless other orders I am very disappointed with your service which used to be second to none.

Still haven’t received my order after over a month. I have contacted with no reply back and nothing to confirm shipping. Payment has left my account!

Item supposed to be in stock ready for dispatch.
Paid and never hear back from them.
I sent 3 emails, left voice messages and used online contact form… nothing.
Not sure if they have gone bust and just racking in money or what but either way DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Bought some heated grips, took the money no reply and won't answer the phone having to claim a refund.

Got my refund so only every use this company using a credit card or PayPal. Just avoid.

great product, everything is fine except the the actual speedo? seems to be a sensor issue so am trying to work through the obvious reasons with the magnets and pick up, all the joys of a custom machine

I placed an order (# 25498) for an highsider micro flasher relay, I recieved an email stating that it will be dispatched in 3 to 5 days. So far 11 days later i still have not recieved nor heard from them despite sending emails. Very poor customer service.

Terrible company, don't buy from them. I ordered a Smiths car digital Speedo and sensor from them in October 2023. I got an email saying items out of stock. This is the problem with this company, they don't update you, or offer a refund. After numerous calls they sent the Speedo but I have never received sensor. When they do answer , a very abrupt individual lies and blames customs.
I got a reply on FB messenger saying company has been taken over. Can't wait to see them at the NEC

Ordered a tachometer that they supposedly had in stock on February 6th. They had a flash sale that "ends today", and a month later they still have the same flash sale that ends "today". I got an order confirmation when ordering, and they took my money, but one month later the order had not even been "processed" according to their online order info.

They ignored all my emails requesting an order status, they also ignored feedback on Facebook and inquiries through FB messenger.

In the end, PayPal forced a chargeback on my credit card. The fraudulent company remained silent through all this.

Buyers beware, and do your shopping elsewhere!

Ordered Koso heated grips on 28-Jan which at the time were quoted 5-7 working days - finally received 23 working days later after much calling and emailing - Soula very helpful but no apology for lateness - if you speak with Jamie, good luck - if you want Koso grips order from Rugged Roads - will never order anything again from these reprobates

Item didn't arrive, after waiting months. Staff didn't
reply to multiple emails.

Place an order 2 weeks before Christmas took weeks for my items to arrive and I’m still waiting for the least item on the list !
No coms whatsoever from these people. Disgusting.
Says items are in stock on website and then tells you they’re coming from their supplier in Germany.
So if you’re in a rush go elsewhere.
Useless.

Sold an item that you do not hold in stock. Then no communication to explain this. When I called to see why it had not been posted out 14 days after purchase I was told you are waiting delivery of the item. Staff member was quite rude about this, as if I should know! Waited another 10 days and called again to be told you had received your order from the supplier, but this item was not in the package. Told you was trying to find out when it would be sent to you. If I am honest, this has nothing to do with me. Very poor service to have never contacted me and to be selling products you don't even have in stock.
