Purchased a system which was unsuitable for my needs. However it is finally been dealt with by their very pleasant lady Jesse who spent much time and effort in sorting out the issues. It has been a pleasure to find. Such a competent lady to deal with.

Great Mission-Great Company
I’m brand new to Digistore24 and affiliate marketing. But I really need to make money so I figured I’d give it a try. So far everything has so smooth with not a single problem. I'm a mature lady getting the desired Digistore24 Inc. Solution
I'm a mature lady, so I'm curious when I look at ads on Facebook. I saw a Digistore24 Ad for Mobile Profit and wanted to hear its entirety, but my wifi kept going in and out. The money part came through clearly, so separate transactions kept asking for money after each segment played, but I couldn't hear. Well, I assumed I could review all aspects later. Once I did, I realized that this 76-year-old lady could NOT do this.
I'm still trying to figure out all the features on my new Samsung cell. I spoke to PayPal first since they handled the charges for me and provided all the contact info for Digistore24 Inc.'s customer service. I emailed my dilemma to Digistore24 Inc. and requested a refund of all funds. Digistore24 Inc.'s customer service responded shortly with a solution, but I cannot comply with the instructions, and even a virtual coach would not help. Finally, Digistore24 Inc.'s service provided me with the option of a virtual coach or a full refund. I repeated my request for a full refund. In the morning, I checked my PayPal account and found my full refund for all 3 transactions. I was very pleased with Digistore24 Inc.'s customer service.

I ordered two pay once items online but…
I ordered two pay once items online but was there and then confronted with three invoices one of them was for a ongoing subscription of $67 a month. When I asked for immediate cancellation of this they did not get back to me in any positive way. I felt I had been the victim of fraud. They did refund all my payments 4 or 5 days later. However an ongoing subscription of 67 dollars was not made clear at the in the advert I responded to and I would advise anyone to be very careful with Facebook advertising.
