I don't get this service

I joined the site as a freelancer to try it out and when I found out I don't use it at all, I decided to delete my account. Just wasn't really my line, I didn't find anything useful for me. So when I made up my mind to get out of there, I found out there's some work assigned to me. I didn't want it and I didn't give my agreement to start! I wanted to decline (it wasn't even a suggestion, it was like I was obliged to do it whether I wanted it or not...) but I couldn't. I wrote an email asking the support team to delete my account. They contacted me via email asking why. I told them I wasn't interested. Then they replied me almost begging me to stay and do this work since it was easy and short. What in the world was going on there? I didn't say yes to the client, why would I do the job I wasn't even capable of doing? So I hardly got out of there. Like, literally, I got out of there with a lot of problems. I don't get this kind of service. They should add an "accept" button between the client gives a job and a freelancer accepts it. Otherwise, it's some sort of weird "must do" stuff.

Very good and fast selling experience

I joined DigiServed yesterday. The site has a nice design and thanks to import profile functionality it made it very fast and easy to setup my freelance profile. Moreover, what i liked most was the storefront approach. Basically, instead of looking for jobs, i setup my services shop. I picked the services i want to sell, setup my prices and added to my storefront.

On the other hand, i feel that there are some categories missing there which should be added. Like video, customer support
