Easy to buy camera equipment. Staff are friendly and helpful .Love the range held and ability to get what I need.

I often purchase photography equipment from DigiDirect. In my experience their staff are knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with on-line orders and their prices are significantly lower than those of other photography retailers.

Super helpful, Kim went the extra mile for me to get me out of an urgent gear malfunction.

It was quick to get the item through click and collect. Good product for my work.

I haven't yet received the product I ordered (Sony RX1Riii Lens Hood - order No 002835379)

I was initially going to purchase my camera through another store but since I was in the area, I thought i’d try digidirect. The person who I was really impressed with is the senior male staff/ manager. He was very busy attending to other clients when I got there but he would stop and assist the young lady I was asking help from. They initially said no to matching sony’s online offer but since the manager was in close proximity he told the staff not to assume they know everything. So he matched sony’s offer for me. It was very pleasant and smooth transaction and my camera body was delivered on time.

Also, it was closing time and I needed to wait for my ride home. I was about to leave the premises when the manager stopped me and offered me to stay inside while I wait for my ride. I didn't know the area very well but he told me I can wait inside even after 4pm because he didn't want me to get robbed since I was carrying pricey gears. That level of care to customers is beyond! I didn't get his name sadly. But he was such a good human being. Thank you! May you be rewarded for being an exemplary employee.

Mark is the absolute best person to ever deal with at DigiDirect. He has been helping me for years and I cannot appreciate him enough. No matter what questions or concerns I have, he has the answers. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, always looking out for customers. Great advice helping me select my first mirrorless camera. Lots of patience with an absolute novice. Also, very good prices.

I really want to buy one of the Fujifilm lens and only silver colour had a discount. I reached out to digiDirect and they included the black in the discount. I also went to the Melbourne store to test out a similar lens so I get to test out the speed of the autofocus and now it handled. Because they didn't have the act model in the store I proceeded to purchase it online and had free shipping. It came quick with constant update via Auspost. I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

I bought the camera and it was great. However there was a fault with it and since it was under warranty I sent it away . It has now been 6 months and I can’t seem to find out if it’s being repaired, under warranty or I have to pay ? I just want my camera back and will pay if I have to ? However the service is absolutely terrible, no transparency, keep getting emails asking the same thing, proof of purchase , proof of sending it down even though I supply this I hear nothing back . After calling all day someone even called me back and asked if I had two cameras as they could not match this one ? No ideas what they were talking about ? I tried to follow up on that phone call as it made no sense and could get no answers? I certainly don’t have two and am very much regretting buying one . Don’t get me wrong the camera is great but the service is a disservice.

Zohar at the Bondi store was very knowledgeable on the camera I chose to purchase - in fact he was very knowledgeable on the 3 cameras I was considering to purchase and that gave me all the information I needed to make a decision.

we spent $14K on a camera only to find when we got home that the memory card would not slide in to it cleanly. When we took it back to the store the sales assistant used their store camera to check the memory card and as it fitted in the store camera came to the same conclusion as ourselves that the camera was faulty. We expected a new camera only to be told it would be sent away for repair which really was not acceptable for a new camera. When I challenged this I was told there had to be a number of faults before the camera would be replaced.

I got a fantastic deal on an iPhone 17, I was hesitant with ordering it online and having it shipped but didn't have time to collect in store. The shipping was superfast, I received the phone well packaged and within a couple days of ordering, I would high recommend ordering online.
