I was involved in a car accident last February..
I was involved in a car accident last year which left me with physical and psychological injuries. My case was handled by Rebecca and she could not have been better to work with. I had a positive experience initially
I had a positive experience initially, with clear communication and good progress on my matter. However, once the company addressed liability, their approach changed significantly. They appeared primarily focused on securing their fees and strongly encouraged me to accept the first settlement offer. This was supported by carefully worded correspondence that implied I could face personal liability if I chose to proceed.What I found particularly unprofessional was their unsolicited advice explaining that I should wear a suit if the case goes to court. I am well aware that appropriate attire is important in a courtroom setting.

We have now reviewed your file and although we cannot discuss the specifics of a case on an open forum, we can say that we always press for the best outcome for our clients, and we can see no change in approach throughout your case.
The settlement offer received in your case was a good one. Simply because it was a first offer, does not mean it was not a fair offer. Any further action was unlikely to lead to an increase in the offer already made to you, and may have resulted in less. This view is based on our experience and skill in balancing the strength of evidence available and what the legal process will determine is fair compensation for injury and loss. You also benefited from independent legal advice from Counsel about the offer in your case, and advice about the best attire to wear if the case proceeded to courtroom. We are sorry if this offended you.

Absolutely Useless
I slipped and fell in Tescos and broke my ankle and wrist. Digby Brown would not take on my case as I did not know why I fell eg, wet floor. Obviously they only take on black and white cases where they are sure of winning. Bit like some car insurance companies who only insure low cost vehicles.
