I ordered a Pedal Box and Tuning Box for my BMW M5 Competition 2022. I loved the car, but felt the throttle response was a little weak in low revs and that the power didn’t really get turned on till mid range/post 30 mph.

The order was a custom from Germany, but took less than 2 weeks to deliver and was very simple to fit.

Admittedly I couldn’t read instructions so had to reach out to the guys at DTUK and Andrew was super helpful and responsive with my questions.

The results have been fantastic, honestly it’s filled that issue and more, the car performs even better than it did with no issues at all.

I’m delighted not only with the product, but the customer service from DTUK and can highly recommended them.

Andrew has been nothing short of attentive and quick to respond. Have zero regrets and have recommended others to try the tuning box too.

Right where do I start. I reached out to Andrew at DTUK, and he advsied me personally on the correct system for my car. The car in question is a Porsche Cayenne 958 TD V6, and this system has completely transformed this vehicle. Not only has this system improved the economy and the pick up. It is also my honest opinion that this 3 channel system is far superior to other systems I've used in the past on previous vehicles.

had a old box re-programed for my bmw 5 gt as the fuel economy was poor at cruiseing speed 70mph ish!
to say i am surprised would be an understatement as the unit was out of warranty and also needed a wireing loom. andy explained everything over the fone and i sent it in for a very fast turnaround and reprograming which i installed today it works beyond what i expected on is already turning 54+ mpg so very happy .

I’ve had the TCU+ Gearbox flash tool programmed to my Jaguar XE ZF box for a relatively short period of time. The improvements are minor in comparison to those suggested, however the gearbox changes did appear slightly smoother initially but didn’t last, and there were certainly no improvements in any other suggested domain. The reviews on the Jaguar XE forum are also very poor. The tool is locked to the vehicle vin and can be used as many times as you like. Unfortunately my vehicle was written off last week. I contacted the company to explore my options who confirmed they are unable to reprogram the tool and that was that! Bin it! I know they have a business to run, but I paid £369.99 for the tool and was rather hoping they would consider my situation and may offer me some sort of goodwill against my next purchase. They didn’t even have the consideration to reply to my last message. There are other companies who are able to reprogram their products if you change car, who also appear more flexible and considerate of people’s personal circumstances. Money down the drain but lesson learned to thoroughly do my research before purchase. My situation has unfortunately left me in no doubt what this company stand for. A minimum of a reply to my message is just basic customer care. Not forthcoming.

This service worth each euro! To work with Andrew is like to work with a friend. All is so easy and professional. I'm from Portugal, but the service and assistance is like DTUK is from my town. Great support.

The service and support from Andrew has been second to none. In a world where many people want something for nothing and have very little understanding of what happens and how to tune a car, Andrew demonstrates a wealth of knowledge and honesty in all he does.

I have had 2 boxes from DTUK , the results have been brilliant, zero reliability issues over 50000 miles and across 2 cars .On side by side testing a big increase in performance but not at the cost of smoothness, just feels like a more powerful version of the original car. I remove the box for servicing and warranty work and never have a problem with my dealer. Highly recommended . Andrew is always on hand if you need advice too which just makes things even better. I have 3 friends with boxes from driving my car and they have had a great experience too. I had a remap of a gt86 previously but it caused me warranty issues which is why I moved to a tuning box.

Andrew has been amazing. Customer service is unmatched. The dtuk box is just amazing. I've added it to my gr yaris and I feel like it makes it so much more fun, aggressive and just turns the car into a different machine, without feeling like I'm pushing the car to the limit. The way Andrew develops the files, you can tell that time has been take to get them right. I would highly recommend this product from dtuk price, performance and customer service is all top notch.

Purchased tuning chip and pedal box just yesterday, both arrived today, super impressed with the speed of delivery

Very impressed with both products my X5 3.0sd is now so much faster feels like it defies physics and much much for responsive on the throttle
Prior to purchase I put the chip in the online cart and decided to sleep on it, I then received and kindly worded email reminding me I’d not completed purchase, unsure about being about to fit the chip and what it meant for my engine I asked for fitting instructions prior to purchase, from this moment on Andrew was the man!
He sent me the instructions, reassured me, told me to contact him anytime during the fitting with pictures on WhatsApp (which I did, multiple times) and made sure I’d done everything correctly
Just like to add both products came with very detailed instructions too, but not being massively confident the messages and support from Andrew were just what I needed.
Customer service is impeccable! Never felt more looked after an appreciated, even when I was pestering I was never made to feel like I was.
There are cheaper chips out there but they aren’t worth it, compared to the chip from DTUK, highly quality kit with Bluetooth app control, well worth the extra few quid
Excited to see what fun I can have with my car now and excited to see how much fuel I save when I decide to calm it down a bit
