Rundfunk ist in Deutschland laut Grundgesetz Ländersache. Dies gilt auch für die Aufsicht über den Rundfunk. Daher gibt es in fast jedem Bundesland eine Landesmedienanstalt.
Leider macht diese Institution ihren Job so schlecht, dass hier ein Stern zuviel ist!
