Totally Disappointed – Never Received the Goods

I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. Since then, I’ve called several times and sent multiple emails, but getting a clear response has been nearly impossible.

The only explanation I’ve been given is that the courier is responsible for the delay. That might be part of the issue, but passing the blame without offering any solution or taking ownership isn’t acceptable. There’s been no proactive update, no alternative offered, and no clear timeline for resolution.

At this point, the lack of communication is more frustrating than the delay itself. I expected a much higher level of service and support, especially when something goes wrong.

If you’re considering ordering, keep in mind that if an issue arises, you may be left chasing for answers.

Bad end to end experience and poor customer service

I am really sorry to have to share my bad experience with Didymos. I purchased a wrap on 13/04 for my new born baby. After waiting for over 2 weeks without receiving the item I contacted Didymos in several ways (email, chat on the website, facebook messenger) but all I got was a reply over email saying that the issue was with the courier (DHL) and that we should contact them directly, as this was not possible for Didymos. I am very unhappy, as this is not the standard I expect from this company. I am happy to pay a higher price for a good quality product, as I expect this to be, however my experience is not satisfactory, as it is simply unacceptable to put the blame on the courier and get me to handle with it.
Very poor customer service, no other option was given than to contact the courier (which I did, obviously without any success).
I am disappointed by the poor choice of courier (clearly unreliable), the poor customer service (hardly got a reply to my many messages), and the end to end experience (my baby is growing and I am still waiting for a wrap to use with him)
