Totally Disappointed – Never Received the Goods
I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. Since then, I’ve called several times and sent multiple emails, but getting a clear response has been nearly impossible.
The only explanation I’ve been given is that the courier is responsible for the delay. That might be part of the issue, but passing the blame without offering any solution or taking ownership isn’t acceptable. There’s been no proactive update, no alternative offered, and no clear timeline for resolution.
At this point, the lack of communication is more frustrating than the delay itself. I expected a much higher level of service and support, especially when something goes wrong.
If you’re considering ordering, keep in mind that if an issue arises, you may be left chasing for answers.
