I dealt with Rima in the Tallaght branch who was able to source the cooker I was interested in from within DID although not available in her branch. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in locating it.

Not delivered on due date. Lack of communication by e-mail and no return phone call as promised

Brilliant customer service & product knowledge with Reinard. Reinard expertly advised us on buying a new dishwasher and helped me look back on a previous order to sort another issue out. Attentive, friendly, nothing was too much trouble and quick.

I recently purchased a fridge freezer from DID Electrical and had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and they made the process of choosing the right fridge freezer very easy.

The purchase was straightforward, and I’m very happy with the product and the service I received. I would definitely recommend DID Electrical to anyone looking for good products and helpful customer service.

I had to contact the store to check about a delivery that was due, the girl in dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly.
Chris the delivery guy was excellent and very friendly.

I needed a no-frills microwave for a small household. The selection was wide-ranging, the layout was comfortable and clean and the prices were clearly displayed. The staff member I dealt with was Emma who was extremely helpful, both in the transaction and pointing out parking areas and helping with moving the box to my car. Payment went smoothly and everyone I met in the Clearwater store was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Five stars.

Was in DiD limerick one childers road yesterday was me with a lovely girl her name was aoife she was so helpful went through everything with me it was so nice will be looking for her again if I need anything else

Buying our hob on line was straight forward also opted for installation. The installer was very good, took out the old hob and fitted the new one with no mess. Very pleasant fellow and done a great job. Also took the old hob and all the packaging away with him.

Went looking for good noise cancelling headphones for a trip. Nikola in Killarney listened to the type of trip I was going on and he picked the right pair for me so very happy.

Caitlin was friendly & efficient. Good at her job.

Order now for collection today was a total lie. And when my order was ready it was the wrong colour. Pointless service
