Just wanted to say a huge thanks to eoin and his team in limerick they have all gone above and beyond to provide me with a new replacement tv there efforts and team work was excellent 👏 👍 I'd highly recommend anyone shopping for appliances to use dids they will look after everyone very very well. Great customer service and very informative, we needed correct sizing for new kitchen install for our fitter and they supplied data sheets and all info before buying. Very helpful.

The first delivery was cancelled at the last minute. Rescheduled for a few days later, but two items out of 4 had to be returned as they were damaged.

This is the second time I've made an order online where the item is in stock in another store or warehouse and getting delivered to local store for pick-up where the item hasn't been dispatched. I ordered on a Monday, told the deliveries come on certain days during the week, went to the store on Friday where the staff checked the system, said it'll be faster to change order to home delivery at this point. So the item is now coming from a store that's only 40 mins away. 7 days later let's hope it arrives this week. Sort your online orders and deliveries out.

Josh was really really helpful helping me pick a fridge. Very knowledgeable and provided swift service to get the delivery out and just lovely, happy, friendly service which can be a scarcity these days! Would recommend DID electrical in Kilkenny.

The store was bright and spread out so everything was visible. We found the product section quite easy. The sales assistant Joseph came along and helped us to pick the right product he went and got it as it wasn’t on the floor. It was a very easy process. Check out was very quick. I would go back again.

I had a fantastic experience in DID Electrical, Briarhill, Galway. The salesperson, Mike, who helped me was friendly and very helpful. He answered all my questions relating to the coffee machine I was interested in. He sorted the delivery to my home and my new Ninja Luxe Cafe Black arrived 2 days later.
