I recently purchased a microwave in DID. Sam was very helpful and friendly in serving me. Appreciate his advice. We always shop at DID for our electrical devices as we have always found that have excellent customer service and after sales service if required.

I had to purchase a number of items and went to DID, Lucan. Purchasing new items can get overwhelming with measurements etc but Daniel was outstanding and made the whole process so easy. He was so patient (as I was undecided about somethings), he offered his expertise advise, showing me several different appliances and the different price options. He also was able to advise me regarding the different makes & model, ratings, warranties etc. If anyone is in need of any appliance big or small you won't get better than DID, Lucan. Thank you for all your help Daniel

Really very efficient click & collect service via the Lucan store.
The online system was simple and easy to use, communication was great re. updates on readiness, staff were aware of my order when I arrived to collect it, and even helped me load it carefully into my car.

Luke was a very professional salesman,helpful and lovely manner. We don't always experience such nice sales people.
