A pleasure to deal with

We had a great experience at DID Clearwater thanks to Patrick. He helped us choose both our new TV and blender, and his knowledge was outstanding. He took the time to explain the different options clearly and made the whole process very easy.
Patrick was professional, friendly, and great fun to talk to. He really knows his stuff and gave us confidence that we were making the right choices.
Excellent customer service from start to finish — Patrick is a real credit to DID Clearwater. Highly recommended!

Brilliant customer service & product…

Brilliant customer service & product knowledge with Reinard. Reinard expertly advised us on buying a new dishwasher and helped me look back on a previous order to sort another issue out. Attentive, friendly, nothing was too much trouble and quick.

Great

I recently purchased a fridge freezer from DID Electrical and had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and they made the process of choosing the right fridge freezer very easy.

The purchase was straightforward, and I’m very happy with the product and the service I received. I would definitely recommend DID Electrical to anyone looking for good products and helpful customer service.
