Knew what I wanted
Knew what I wanted. Was on way to another shop to buy it. Stopped in to DID because it was closer. Shelf price was more expensive but they price matched. Saved me time. Quick and efficient.

Professional AND kind
I was with a lady with a severe learning disorder, and Owen, who was serving me was EXTREMELY respectful towards her. I asked for a filter jug and the team on that day went great lengths to find me one (which they did), lovely cheerful atmosphere in shop! I'll be back!!!

I purchased a washer/dryer today with the help of David that went well out of his way to help me. He made the whole shopping experience extremely pleasant. Incredibly helpful man.
He sorted out the delivery/ installation and the removal of other washer smoothly. I just feel whenever I want anything I will return and look for David as he just gave all the information I needed without making me feel like I am wasting his time. My family and friends will definitely hear about my shopping experience, as I just never felt that in buying anything that staff ever gave an extra minute of their time.
