Well the man in DID Electrical was professional and good at his job give me a lot of details about the watch I bought in the shop and got 4 more years guarantee of my new watch so thanks conleth Delaney.

I had an excellent experience with DID Electrical. I recently purchased a Mini Fridge Thor and the entire process was smooth from start to finisa. A special thanks to Geoff, I think, if I remember corect, who was extremele helpful, professional and responsive through the purchase. He provided clear information, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went as expected. I had an issue with the power button on my Shokz headset. I returned it to Geoff in DID Athlone and they replaced them as they were still under warranty. Superb 👍

I was looking for a washing machine and had a rough price in mind so I called into DID Athlone, they had a good selection and different price ranges and I got to have a look at each one before I asked an assistant Michal for help (I like to look at items before asking questions and calling an assistant and don’t like been jumped on when I enter a store) Michal was polite. Knowledgable and I went with what he suggested for me and my price range, DID also had a deal on for €5 delivery and half price installation €20 which was great, I had the option of Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday for delivery, I picked Saturday. The day before I got a text stating delivery would be between 11am and 2pm, 10.45am the next morning I got a call from the driver to say he would be calling in 20mins and he arrived at 11.10am which was great as I didn’t want to be hanging around. Driver took away my old machine and set up the new one and had a rinse programme running to show me it was working, gave me basic instructions and took away all packaging, I’m extremely happy with the purchase and service so far I have yet to use and I will come back if any issues.. will definitely purchase from DID again and I would highly recommend .
