Avoid, avoid, avoid!
We use DIBS as a payment gateway on our website, and we have many problems. Their support is slow and sometimes they will say that will not provide a solution to a problem. For example, we had a problem with payments on iPhone iOs12. They came back and said they will not support this issue on iOs12. They have one job, take payments. And they don't bother fixing bugs with their payment gateway. AVOID!
