I was blown away by how nice all of the employees were upon my first visit searching for the right diamond. It didnt take long for me to realize this was the place i would end up buying the diamond from and designing the engagement ring for my soon to be fiance. Alex (Alexandra) at the Houston Galleria location was beyond amazing and she helped me in every way possible to ensure i found the right diamond exceeding all expectations i had. She never steered me wrong and when the day came to surprise propose to my fiance she was blown away by the diamond i picked out and setting i had designed by Diamonds Direct. 5/5 experience and i would recommend Alex at the Galleria location to anyone and everyone searching for the right person to help make their ring search/special day exceed expectations. The location itself was very nice and management along with the rest of the staff all had the same helpful goal and good vibes to make you feel at ease.

Stopped by the Indianapolis location to ask about a charm I needed the loop repaired so that I wouldn’t loose another charm! Vanessa listened and went back to ask the Jeweler, Kate if what I was wanting could be done, how long to do the repair and a cost for the work. Vanessa came back with my charm attached like I wanted and the loop closed like I requested! Diamond Direct Family took care of my needs without hesitation, done in mere minutes and didn’t charge me for the very quick repair!! This is why I choose to shop there and talk about how great they are to all my friends and family. Kris, checked and cleaned my rings while I waited…love, love, love Diamonds Direct!!!

What made my experience great? KIM! Kim was absolutely fantastic. My now Fiancé and I went into Diamonds Direct looking to replicate a ring that we found online. We wanted a very specific colored Sapphire and Kim was beyond helpful. She reached out to many different vendors and brought in well over 20 different colored sapphires for us to choose from. The amount of time and dedication she took to make sure we got everything we wanted and were able to stay in our price range was amazing. We set a budget from Day 1 and Kim strictly followed it, there was no pressure to pay more. Kim was able to take a simple screen shot of a ring we found on google and bring it life. Thank you Kim !

I bought a bracelet and had a great first experience but when I came back to pick up the bracelet I decided to use the extra diamonds to create a ring. I let them take my diamonds without receiving any receipt or documentation from there and they said they would reach out by Friday. The following Tuesday comes around and no one has contacted me. I call in on Tuesday and they say they will send me a mock up on what the ring will look like for my approval and the cost estimate. Thursday comes around and I still havent received a mock up or estimate. I called back and the req I worked with is out of the office today and the receptionist was very rude and not understanding. This experience surrounding the last of communication with the ring has tainted and overshadowed my positive experience buying the bracelet.

Justin was my salesperson, he was so friendly, outgoing, knew what he was talking about when I asked him different questions about diamonds. He is very knowledgeable. The training that he was provided is excellent. He also knew somethings about the Rolex watches. If he didn't know the question, he asked and gave me the correct answer.

I recently purchased a pair of pink sapphire an diamond earrings. Diyae B did a significant amount of research to find exactly what I wanted and made sure I was very happy with my earrings.

I bought my wife an engagement ring back in 2015, but we never got a band for it. Fast forward to today - 2023, and I wanted to complete the set finally. I figured there would be no way they could match it perfectly and I would have to get something custom made.

I got connected with Ginny and she quickly and professionally found the exact match for my engagement ring just by looking me up in their system. She even applied a promo code to the order for me so all I had to do was check out with the link that was e-mailed to me.
