We were due to fly with Emirates, the day the latest Middle East conflict started, two cancellations later we contacted Matt Power at dial a flight. He managed to book us the last couple of seats on EVA, ( they are excellent). He was friendly professional and interested in our travel plans and gave the option of contacting him any time if there were problems, there wasn’t. Full Marks to Matt. I would feel confident booking with them in the future.

Brilliant experience once again using DialAflight. Talking to a real human being who cares and genuinely wants to help is rare these days , but Connie helped find and book all our flights to india and we knew any problems or questions we had she or one of the team was there to help

My sister and I had booked to fly to Australia via Doha for a family wedding in March. When the trouble began in the Middle East, we were understandably anxious about our travel arrangements. We had booked with Jeff Lee at Dial A Flight, so we rang him to enquire about the situation and he was amazing. He really looked after us, re-booking our flights with a different airline using a different transfer airport. He gave us sound advice which enabled us to receive a refund on our original booking. He was patient, pleasant on the phone and generally put us at our ease. Nothing seemed too much trouble given the difficult circumstances. We had never used a booking agent before but we'll definitely use Dial A Flight again and won't hesitate to recommend the company and especially Jeff to family and friends

Within less than half an hour he had sourced a selection of options for us and was able to put them on hold while we made a decision. Super quick and professional we were delighted that someone else took charge and our dream holiday and family reunion could go ahead as planned

My third major trip put together by DialAFlight, this one to Cambodia and Vietnam. The tour company used by them in Cambodia in particular was fantastic and the guide for the temples at Angkor Wat was fantastic, taking photos and videos which will live long in the memory. I was extremely happy with all elements of the trip, the hotels and trips and excursions put together by the company.
