poor customer service. Bought a credit but never received a pin number . E_mail sent 12 times but no reply as yet. Do not trust this company !!!😡😡😡

Made payment via bank transfer on the 3rd of April 21 but never received the credit. Raised a query via the mediums provided and received automated replies but no further response. Subsequently requested a refund and still waiting, it's now the 27th of April 2021.
My bank was very supported but they have no legal right to dispute bank transfers transactions

Very poor customer service having paid £10 and not received the PIN number tried to contact customer service via email without as by success, then checked customer reviews which were all critical, so requested my credit card provider to stop payment made

They owe me money!

It all started well, I put £10 on my account and made several calls to the states over the period of a month or so. I had about £7 left on my account which suddenly vanished without trace. I emailed them but no response. Very poor so do not advise using them at all!

They operating a scam and do not make online payments to this company. I made an online payment of £15 to Dialabroad two months ago. They acknowledge payment via email and promised to send me a PIN number but never did. No one ever answer their customer service number and do not return calls when left messages. Dialabroad are thieves and do not make any payments to them.

I can attest to the fact that these people are dishonest. I bought £20 worth of credit to which they would add £2 making it £22. They have taken my money and have not credited it to my phone. I also had £5 on my mobile phone and that has disappeared. Please, please whatever you do, do not be conned by this company.

Dialabroad started off ok the first few weeks then it went downhill I am owed £40 total to my account 3 separate debits from PayPal
I have sent many emails and tried to call them its an answer phone I leave messages but still no one calls I am very disappointed with Dialabroad
If they contacted me to apply my credit then that would be good and all forgiven !
I wont hold my breath to long though

Do not buy this service at all regardless of what they promise you as it is all misrepresentation.

Used to be a good company for several years, but recently got my money and didn't credit my phone. I contacted them via their website but no response after 10 days. Tried to called them twice, but no one answered the phone.

Thief and Dodgiest company ever!
I bought credit to call abroad and anytime I was calling no one was answering the phone and this situation was giving me hard time and I called with my partner phone and my family answered and they said phone never rang!
I had a contact to get my money refund by customer service someone called Michael via email and they took the money from my account again and gave it back again!
How would be possible to take a money from my account without any permission?
I want money to be refund as soon as possible.

Do NOT use, it is a scam company, I bought £5 credit, although received almost instant acknowledgment by text, so they definitely recorded my correct number, but when I try to use the service it keeps saying I don't have any credit. Can't get any response from my messages.

We have used Dialabroad for 5 years. It was good; but payment method has become a serious issue with them; our good credit card accounts are turned down & now PayPal too! Plus their customer service takes days/weeks to respond! What a shame!

This company is so bad do not respond to emails when you have an issue, no phone number to contact therefore no way to get your money back. Avoid at all costs

Advertised call rates at 10p per minute but when you use it for the first time, for example you're expecting 50 minutes (paid £5) but only get 24 minutes! Such a rip off, avoid this service. When you try to contact them about it they ignore you. I complained to PayPal because I paid this way and they got my money back.

No phone number to contact. Three days after I raised an issue via email, I am still waiting for someone to get in touch. Very poor
