Very bad service

Very bad service , its the dhl responsibilty to send the parcel to the given address. Still it has been delivered to the branch. Why would we ask delivery at house if we can collect it in branch ???? Worst experience all the time

nightmare to do business with DHL!
sent a one pager doc internationally(SF to Auckland) with the fastest service available, it's been 10 days, the system shows it's still bouncing between different US hubs.
escalated to "executive service", at the beginning they were saying all expected, then stopped responding. couple days later, they can't located my mail anymore

Embarassing experience

Chatbot speaks only German; impossible to speak with an operator; online tracking provides poor, if not useless, details; impossible to get updates on delivery, even if it says "delivered". Embarassing.

It is the classic example of: "We always did like this, and customers need us. We absolutely do not care about the service; they will pay regardless of the quality we provide. Which alternative do they have?"

Worst company stay away if you on schedule.

I ordered something on Friday. 1-2 business days Max 3 they said. Saturday it already started moving and since Monday the parcel is at a warehouse 20 minutes drive from my place. It’s Thursday and still nothing. SELL THE COMPANY TO SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY WANTS TO WORK AND DELETE THE EXPECTED DELIVERY SINCE YOU NEVER DELIVER..

The most lazy delivery service

They are the most lazy delivery service I’ve ever experienced, every single time an order is delivered by them there’s an issue and half of the time they can’t even be asked to deliver it. If you can’t provide an adequate service then don’t idk why anyone would still use DHL as a courier they are absolutely rubbish.

They Will Not Bother To Even Try

Twice i had a package this week, twice this week they did not ring the doorbell. Tracker said the truck was outside on my street. Absolutely unacceptable and garbage delivery system. Please avoid yourself the trouble and never use DHL as delivery for good if possible.

Abysmal Service - Avoid!

Delivered part of an order on 22 Nov. Remaining order apparently on a van - promised Monday, then Tuesday then Wednesday (26th). It's now 5.45 pm and there's no sign of it.

Another order (placed same date) has apparently been lost in the warehouse. They've no idea where it is.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option.

DHL is good just only for Temu deliveries. Stay away for value items.

I dropped off an insured DHL parcel at DHL partner Cigars and Liquor Shop, who are collecting packages on behalf of DHL. According to the tracking information, the parcel has been stuck in "Drop-off at branch" status for 2 months without any further processing.
When I inquired in person, the staff were unable to provide any information and were completely unhelpful.
Overall, the process is unreliable, and the customer service is inadequate. DHL never attempt to compensate my losses, referring to their Terms and conditions which are ridiculous. An insured package should have a lower as the insured value, even if is used, damaged, old or whatever was inside. It is always a reason not to pay the customers.

Why give a time slot and have a door bell if you ignore both.

Given an hour time slot and a code to give driver,
So then, an hour before the start I get a shower, they then turn up 45 mins early that the hour window start and also just knock, when the door bell is right next to their hand.
So, now I have to change all my plans for tomorrow to have it delivered tomorrow instead. What's the point of giving me the hour window if you don't use it, and your site says I should get a text or something to say they're so many drops away, got zero.
