This company is a completely scam, I charged my phone 400 mrv, I already had 77 mrv in my account and they stole it as now total is 400 mrv when should be 477, again also when you purchase internet they scam you by removing data for example I had 14 days plan after 10 days they ask to reload (my giga didn’t finish)

As support network in Maldives for Holafly, they need to improve the strenght and the quality of the signal 'cause the network it's often in 3G instead of 4G-5G/LTE.
Purchased an eSIM for Maldives that does not work. Have contacted support several times by email and chat but no solution, just told it is being looked into. I am 3 days into my holiday without roaming data. I purchased esSIM for Sri Lanka with a different provider and no problem at all. Complete waste of time and money, AVOID!
I still have daily data package for 4 GB and add social data unlimited for that day but they charge me 240mvr because they said my daily data package is already run out and my unlimited social media data can not cover the background app data usage which is insane as i only use social media that whole day. The point is the money they took from costumer, even it is their system fault, they will not return the money anyway. So no use of costumer service or complaining

Horrible from the beginning to the end.
Got a line, followed their instructions, bought a pack of 100G, worked for five minutes and then nothing.
Customer service is just playing ping-pong with their script and always someone new and will expedite the process.
Then you ask to raise a claim, and they tell you we will contact you after 10 days😅
I need a refund because my holidays are over and your customer service is still working on my issue.
