Order takes a month to arrive. Frequent phone calls to check progress. Received email about part being shipped but not arrive. Have to call again that they make mistakes of wrong part being ordered.

I paid for the order online and then received an email saying the item was out of stock and that I would need to wait two weeks. In the end, the refund took a full month and had to be processed through my bank. This experience was very disappointing.

Awful services
They said will take two weeks to receive the items as there was no stock. I've asked yesterday for an update that was never provided, today I've emailed them again, but they didn't respond. Two weeks since the order has been placed and there is no reply nor update. I won't recommend them to anyone.

Same as others. Will not use their awful services again
Firstly, I've placed an order for two door handles and I paid almost 200 quid for them. The site was showing as on stock. After placing the order, same as other people, I've received an e-mail stating they are out of stock and the lead time is up to 2 weeks. Even after receiving the items after those 2 weeks, I had to e-mail them again to check if they have been dispatched as they did not provided a tracking number as I've requested. They apologised and they said will take measures not to happen again. Anyway, I've received the handles and the spindles were not as per the existing and there are no pictures on the website to show the spindles shape. I've returned them in same condition as received and new. Now I guess is the long waiting for the refund. In the meantime, I've ordered two pairs of door handles just to avoid getting a single one wrong again and paid almost 300 pounds. I've received the confirmation and the statement that the order will be dispatched in the very same day. As there was no tracking number and not any update after two days, I've checked the site again and the order was showing ,,Processing'' and I've e-mailed them to ask for an update as the site shows still not despatched. Guess what, they came back with the same e-mail as per the previous order with the same excuse, there is no stock and the lead time is 2 weeks, so it did happened again. Awful customer service and they do not reply to e-mails now. I won't recommend! Just stick with your local DYI shops or order from China, you have the possibility to receive them sooner anyway.

Poorly described product
The items I purchased were not fit for purpose. I suspect they work on one particular make of door only. The webpage/advert was not clear as to the limitations of it's use and DG was not able to help, nor apparently was the manufacturer. I was able to return the item and obtain a refund.

Regarding the lack of instructions: As a specialist supplier, many of the parts we stock—including the STAC mechanism you purchased—are manufactured for the trade. Consequently, manufacturers do not provide "DIY-style" installation manuals, as they assume a specific level of technical knowledge or that the item is a direct like-for-like replacement.
When you reached out, we did investigate this with the manufacturer on your behalf to see if any documentation existed. When we confirmed there were no instructions available, we advised contacting a specialist fitter to ensure your door was repaired safely.
We promptly authorised your return request and have processed your full refund. We hope you manage to get the door sorted.
