Staff were great
Staff were great and even gave us a discount on delivery for purchasing in store. Overall it was worth visiting to make our minds up on colour and material.

The gentleman that served was lovely…
The gentleman that served was lovely however he ordered the wrong sofa for us which was dearer than the one we wanted, the order has been corrected but we still haven't recieved our refund. We where promised that customer services would contact us bit they haven't, I rang 3 days ago for a 72 hour return call which hasn't happened

Lovely staff
The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Nothing is too much. Polite well mannered, informative and anything they weren't too sure about, they asked for help for reassurance, which is brilliant in my opinion. It made us feel very comfortable and assured. Barney was a great guy too and was very easy to deal with. Aswell as all the staff we dealt with. Highly recommend

Superior service
The service Was excellent from start to finish. We were going to get the 3 piece suite from nearby Furniture Village but thanks to the excellent service from Barney we decided to get a DFS one instead. Everything was fully explained and we left very happy customers

The staff are friendly and approachable and non-pushy. We had time to look around and try the settee range we were interested in and compare it to others.
When we decided on which settee we wanted, the staff member explained the whole process clearly and answered all our questions.
