We had a brilliant experience in this store. It was our first time buying a sofa, and Daniel was so helpful and friendly. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and was just amazing. Thank you Daniel you were brilliant!

Went to buy new lounge sofas and knew we had come to the right place from the moment we walked in. The store is massive with a huge selection of sofas that you can sit on and try out.

That's why we went there. We wanted to try them out before buying. We have bought "cheaper" sofas online before without trying. They turned out to be cheap for a reason, and not as comfortable as we hoped.

So glad we did. We were inside the store for a couple of hours in total. We were given the freedom to try virtually all the different options, until we made our final decision.

We were not pressured into purchasing. We were approached to check if we needed any help by several members of staff during our visit. All of them said to come and find them when we were ready to discuss any options.

We decided on the very comfortable Hamden recliner but did not like the fabric options on the Swatch that we had seen. At this stage 1CQ-SEAN asked if he could be of assistance and we discussed our dilemma of loving the comfort of the suite but not liking the fabric option. He was very helpful and during the discussion he realised we hadn't seen a second fabric Swatch on a separate side table.

We were left to choose the fabric we most liked and given the benefits of the optional Insurance Cover. I loved that this was not trying to be forced upon me and it seemed a sensible option to protect the two sofas.

I would like to praise Sean for not trying to be a "Salesman" but for helping us make the correct purchase for our needs. As he pointed out... Everyone has a different fashion taste, size requirement, body shape and budget.

Buying the right sofa for the individuals is important and we were so glad that we went here to make our purchase.

We had a fantastic experience at DFS Taunton. And all thanks to our brilliant salesman Kyle. He took the time and patience to go through all of our options and with his help we've created a fantastic new sofa suite for our lounge. Completely different to what we thought. But he helped us bring the images and configuration alive with no stress just professional advise and care. We would highly reccomend DFS in Taunton.

Kyle in the Taunton branch could not have given us better service and with his patience and advice no doubt clinched the sale.
It’s refreshing to meet a sales person who knows his product well.
It is a pity the accessories aren’t for sale as we would have bought a table lamp as well as the sofas.
